Shark Tank India Season 2 EP 13 Written Updates (18 January 2023) – Biggest Deals, All Investments & Pitches Made

Shark Tank India Season 2 Episode 13 has already been aired on Sony TV on 18 January 2023, Wednesday and we saw four sharks making a deal with a drone making company founded by 3 young entrepreneurs. Two young ladies made a pitch for their plus size clothing brand in front of the investors. Finally a couple arrived and they made a pitch for their Diabetes related products making brand but they asked for a hefty sum of money.

Shark Tank 2 Episode 13 All Deals and Investments Made – Full Details :

First Pitch – Oshi Kumari, Deyvant Bhardwaj, and Arth Choudhary – Founders of Inside FPV – They made a pitch for their Drone making company and they said that it is India’s first leading drone making company. Oshi told investors that the prices of their drones starts from Rs 2800 and they offer one drone crash warranty for each done. They asked for Rs 75 lakhs for 4% Equity.

Aman Gupta took a demo of their drones and Devyant said that even kids can fly their drone. Full form of their company is – First Person View. Arth said that we import drone parts from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong after which we assemble them in India. Oshi tells Namita Thapar that Arth is CEO in our company and Deyvant is CTO while she is COO.

Anupam Mittal said that this space will get very competitive in near future and for these reasons he is out. Peyush Bansal and Aman Gupta offered them Rs 50 lakhs for 20% Equity and Rs 25 lakhs in Debt at 0 interest.

Amit Jain and Namita Thapar offered them Rs 75 lakhs for 15% Equity. Arth gave them a counter offer i.e. Rs 75 lakhs for 5% equity. Peyush and Aman matched Namita and Aman’s offer. Amit and Namita gave them another offer i.e. Rs 75 lakhs for 12% Equity.

Finally the deal was made with 4 Sharks (Aman Gupta, Namita Thapar, Amit Jain, and Peyush Bansal) for Rs 75 lakhs for 15% Equity.

Second Pitch – Asana Riamei and Vishakha Bhaskkar– Founders of Angrakhaa – They made a pitch for their clothing brand for plus size men and women after which they asked for Rs 45 lakhs for 5% Equity. Some models arrived inside the hall and then both Asana & Vishakha showed their clothes to the investors.

Namita Thapar tells that she gets harassed a lot these days because of her body. Amit Jain said that even his wife is a plus size woman and this is a genuine problem. Vishakha said that Angrakhaa means Protector of Body. They informed Sharks that their clothes are currently available only on their website.

Peyush Bansal said that he is out because of scaling challenges and then he wishes them best of luck. Namita Thapar said that she is out because their business is not investable. Aman Gupta also told them that he is out because of their confusing brand strategy. Anupam Mittal tells them that rise from here on in this field is very difficult and that’s why he is also out.

Amit Jain offered them Rs 40 Lakhs for 20% Equity and finally the deal was made on this offer.

Third Pitch – Lokendra Tomar and Nishu Tomar – Founders of Diabexy – They made a pitch for their company which makes products for weight loss and diabetes patients. Nishu asks for Rs 1.5 crore for 1% Equity. Lokendra tells investors that he took a lot of inspiration by reading books.

Nishu tells their yearly sales numbers to the investors and it was revealed that their sales were continuously growing. Nishu also informs sharks that their Diabexy wheat sells the most. Lokendra and Tomar served their roti & barfi products to sharks and they loved the taste.

Lokendra tells Anupam Mittal that we are expecting to do a turn over of around Rs 500 crores in next 5 years and he also tells him that they are open to collaborate with other expert people in this field.

Anupam Mittal tells them that they should keep the company for themselves and not bring anyone external but as of now he is out. Aman Gupta, Peyush Bansal, Amit Jain, and Namita Thapar offered them Rs 1.5 crore for 20% Equity.

Finally no deal was made.
