This episode 5 of Love Island All Stars Season 3, aired on January 19, 2026, and featured the two new female bombshells, Samie Elishi and AJ Bunker, making their power moves inside the villa. Their arrival is expected to stir up plenty of drama in the episodes ahead.

Love Island All Stars Season 3 Episode 5 Belle breaks up with Sean

At the start of Episode 5, Belle Hassan confronted Sean Stone and asked him why he told Tommy that he would have loved for Helena to pick him, yet told Belle that he was happy being with her. Sean admitted that he was interested in both Helena and Samie, saying it was still early days. Meanwhile, Tommy confessed to Jess that he shouldn’t have told her what Sean said, since it was supposed to stay a “boys’ chat.”

Jack and Whitney shared a romantic chat on the terrace, which ended with a kiss. Whitney confessed that she really liked it and even joked that Jack was like a baby, calling the moment between them “cute.”

Tommy later had a ‘bro talk’ with Sean and seemed apologetic about leaking their private chat. He admitted that he only wanted to plant the idea in Helena’s head—through Jess—that Sean was still interested in her.

Belle then pulled Helena aside in the bedroom to share what Jess told her about Sean’s remarks. Belle said she no longer trusted Sean and felt she shouldn’t waste time on him. Helena agreed with Belle.

Later, Shaq spoke to Helena by the bar and confessed that he had kissed AJ more than once in the secret garden. Helena said she was annoyed to hear it, and Shaq replied that he would stop kissing AJ out of respect for her while he continued to get to know both women before deciding whom he wanted to pursue.

Shaq then pulled AJ aside and told her the same thing, that he had spoken with Helena and wouldn’t kiss either of them out of fairness.

Meanwhile, Jess and Charlie had a flirty chat by the bar, where Charlie admitted he wanted to kiss her. Jess blushed and soon walked away. Charlie then chatted with Millie at the sunbed, saying he felt closest to her but confessed about his earlier flirtation with Jess. Millie seemed upset, saying she didn’t want to compete with Jess over him.

That night, all six couples slept together, while Ciaran, Charlie, Samie, and AJ remained single and slept alone in their beds.

The next morning, Jess told Belle and Whitney that she liked Tommy but didn’t feel a flirty vibe from him, unlike with Charlie. Whitney encouraged Jess to talk to Charlie if she wanted to, and Jess said she’d do it that evening.

Konnor told Whitney that she was the most welcoming girl in the villa and that he didn’t feel a spark with Millie. He even called Whitney the sexiest girl in the villa, making her blush.

Ciaran told Samie that he wanted to share a bed with her, and Samie smiled, saying he was “her type,” which made Ciaran happy.

Jess later pulled Charlie for a private chat in the secret garden, leaving Millie shocked. Many islanders assumed they were going to kiss, but Jess and Charlie simply talked about the forming love triangle between them and Millie.

Afterward, Jess reassured Millie that nothing romantic happened between her and Charlie. She admitted that Charlie had made a move on her earlier, and Millie said she wouldn’t stop Jess from getting to know him since it was still early days.

Sean had a private chat with Samie and told her that he was attracted to her and planned to “go all out” for her, adding that he felt genuinely comfortable around her. Samie said she liked him too.

Elsewhere, Helena, Belle, and Charlie spied on Shaq and AJ at the terrace after Helena grew suspicious that they might kiss. Scott later joined in, but their spying mission hilariously failed when Helena and Scott accidentally barged onto the terrace, making AJ and Shaq burst out laughing.

Later that evening, Millie confronted Charlie for lying about Jess making the first move, saying it had actually been him. Charlie responded that they weren’t coupled up and that he needed to explore his options.

Meanwhile, Jess had a private talk with Tommy and informed him that she’s not feeling the flirty vibe with him that she feels with Charlie. Jess further said that this doesn’t mean she wants to close things off with him, and Tommy replied, ‘No worries, I’m fine with it.’

Shaq had a private talk with Helena and told her that he didn’t like her and Scott spying on him as he resisted kissing AJ on the terrace. Shaq added that he would have rather expected Helena to tell Scott that spying on him wasn’t right.

Sean later pulled Belle aside to tell her he was now attracted to Samie. Belle got upset, saying he shouldn’t have called her over just to say that. After the conversation, Belle vented to Jess, calling Sean childish and dramatic. She declared that she was done with him and didn’t care anymore, marking the end of the episode.

Next Episode Precap: In Episode 6 of Love Island All Stars Season 3, tensions will heat up between Belle and Sean as Belle, feeling betrayed, seems completely fed up with him after his interest shifts toward Samie.
