Charlotte Flair is the only champion who will be seen defending her championship during this event against Ronda Rousey but other 5 matches are going to be quite interesting at the same time as we can expect a lot of surprise returns as well as unexpected heel turns during this Pay Per View.
WrestleMania Blacklash 8 May 2022 All Matches Predictions – Who will Win?
Below are the predictions of all the 6 matches which will take place at WrestleMania Blacklash 2022 tonight and we will give you the detailed reason behind each of our prediction :
Match no. 1 – Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Ronda Rousey – I Quit match for Smackdown Women’s Championship (Likely Main Event)
The rivalry between Charlotte and Ronda started way back in 2018 when both these women competed against each other for the first time and Ronda won that much due to disqualification but after that match Charlotte gave a vicious beating to Rousey with a Kendo Stick and chair.
Later on at WrestleMania 35 this duo met each other once again in a triple threat match with Winner Takes All rules but Becky Lynch won that match and Rousey got pinned for the first time during her WWE run at that time.
Most recently Charlotte and Ronda competed against each other at WrestleMania 38 and during that match Flair was defending her SmackDown Women’s Championship. The match ended in a controversial manner because at one point Flair tapped out during that match but referee was lying on the mat unconscious at that time. The match ended with Flair winning and she pinned Ronda clean after hitting her with a big boot.
WretleMania Blacklash is looking like the last chapter of this rivalry and it is highly likely that Ronda Rousey will have the last laugh by the end of this feud. Rousey has already been treated very badly as far as her overall run is concerned since her return and losing to Flair one more time will completely destroy all her credibility. Although we can expect a Bayley return after the end of this match but most probably Bayley won’t interfere during this match to help flair.

Match no. 2 – Cody Rhodes vs. Seth “Freakin” Rollins – Singles Match (Likely Co-Main Event)
The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes shocked the world at WrestleMania 38 when he made his surprise return to WWE after 6 years. On this very first match after return Rhodes single handedly stole the entire WrestleMania 35 show by pinning Seth Freakin Rollins in an instant classic encounter.
It seems that the WWE creatives have a long tern rivalry planned between Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes as both of them have amazing chemistry and that is why we can expect a Part 3 match between both these competitors in near future.
As we have already mentioned a Part 3 match so its inevitable that if WWE creatives have a trilogy feud in mind between Seth and Cody. So its more then likely that Cody will lose the second match between this duo which is going to take place at WrestleMania Backlash 2022.

Match no. 3 – Drew McIntyre and RK-Bro (Randy Orton and Riddle) vs. The Bloodline (Roman Reigns and The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso)) (with Paul Heyman) – Six man tag team match
This match in particular isn’t a PPV worthy match at all and it appears more like a traditional match booked by Adam Pearce or Sonya Deville after the kickoff segment of Monday Night RAW. Although there’s a possibility that we might see some kind of interference by Shinsuke Nakamura during this match after what Reigns did to him a few weeks back at SmackDown live and this is the only reason we are predicting a McIntyre and RK-Bro win in this match.

Match no. 4 – AJ Styles vs. Edge – Singles match (Damian Priest is barred from ringside)
This singles match between Edge and AJ Styles is going to be very interesting as there are a couple of things that can happen during this match. Firstly there is a possibility that Finn Balor might turn on AJ Styles during this match and he will end up joining Edge’s faction.
Another possibility is that Rhea Ripley will cause some kind of distraction during this match which will help Edge in winning after which Ripley will join Edge’s faction. No matter what Edge is most likely winning this match.

Match no. 5 – Happy Corbin vs. Madcap Moss – Singles match
Just a month back Madcap Moss got attacked by Happy Corbin on the Happy Talk segment at Smackdown live WrestleMania 38 aftermath episode and this sudden attack by Corbin on Moss shocked the whole WWE Universe. In the following weeks Moss got great babyface reaction by the crowd when he retaliated against Corbin and it seems that we might see a babyface winning this battle so that’s why we are picking Madcap Moss tro win this match.

Match no. 6 – Bobby Lashley vs. Omos (with MVP) – Singles Match
This is a rivalry which has proven out to be quite boring thus far and it seems that Bobby Lashley will suffer the most because of it as we all know that he sucks as a babyface. WWE management appears to be quite high on Omos and that’s why he has been provided with the services of MVP as a manager. So we are expecting a Omos win in this match.
