by Four top names from the Indian media fraternity appeared on episode 6 of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3 on Netflix. Known for asking tough questions during their interviews, the famous and sometimes controversial podcasters Saurabh Dwivedi, Kamiya Jani, Raj Shamani, and Samdish Bhatia made an appearance on this episode.
Navjot Singh Sidhu and Archana Puran Singh were seated in the judges’ chairs while Kapil Sharma grilled the four renowned interviewers with his funny questions. The highly talented trio of Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, and Sunil Grover once again made their presence felt during this episode, appearing as female security guards and a fake construction worker.
The episode began with Kapil Sharma introducing the four special guests for the evening: Saurabh Dwivedi, Raj Shamani, Samdish Bhatia, and Kamiya Jani. These four are well-known names in the Indian media fraternity, and Kapil Sharma announced that they have all interviewed every big celebrity in India. He also mentioned that all four share a common name on their interview wishlists (referring to himself), so he decided to invite all of them together on his show.
Samdish revealed his age and told Kapil that he is 31. Then Samdish joked that he doesn’t look 31, but he actually is, to which Kapil playfully replied, “But who told you that 31 is young?”
During a chit-chat session, Raj Shamani spoke about his famous interview with controversial Indian defaulter Vijay Mallya. Raj told Kapil that while he was walking on the streets of London, he saw Mallya out for a walk and approached him for a podcast interview, to which Mallya agreed.
Samdish was seen joking about Raj Shamani, saying that he only interviews rich people and not poor people like them.
Kapil said that during their childhood, their parents would say not to talk while eating. He joked that if Kamiya Jani had followed this rule, she would have lost crores, making Kamiya laugh.
Kamiya told Kapil, “You get secrets out of people by making them laugh, and I get them to spill their secrets by feeding them food.”
Saurabh Dwivedi asked Navjot Singh Sidhu, “Do you watch your own old videos?” Sidhu responded, “Yes, I do.” To this, Saurabh replied in a funny, quirky manner, “Which videos—BJP videos or Congress videos?” and everyone started laughing.
Kapil asked Samdish Bhatia that Saurabh Dwivedi asks his VIP guests questions that don’t get him beaten up, but how does Samdish manage to ask his guests such questions. Samdish responded humorously, saying, “I know that nobody can beat me on camera, and when the camera turns off, I leave.”
Krushna Abhishek and Kiku Sharda came dressed as female security guards and performed a security check on Saurabh Dwivedi. When Saurabh refused, Krushna said, “We don’t spare even Salman Khan, so you need to undergo checking.
Sunil Grover appeared as a fake construction worker and made everyone laugh with his funny antics in front of all four guests.
The episode ended with Kapil Sharma bidding farewell to all four special guests, wishing them the best of luck in their future endeavours, and thanking them for gracing his show.
