Following the grand premiere of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3, which featured Salman Khan as a special guest, Episode 2 began with host Kapil Sharma dancing on stage with some foreign dancers. Kapil asked Archana Puran Singh about her co-judge, Navjot Singh Sidhu. Archana jokingly suggested he might have returned to cricket commentary. The foreign dancers then left the stage.
Anurag Basu, the director of the Bollywood film Metro In Dino, along with the female cast members, including Neena Gupta, Konkona Sen Sharma, Sara Ali Khan, and Fatima Sana Shaikh, arrived on stage. They were followed by the male cast members, including Aditya Roy Kapur, Anupam Kher, Pankaj Tripathi, and Ali Fazal. Kapil Sharma cracked jokes with all the actors and initiated a fun question-and-answer session with the entire star cast.
Krushna Abhishek appeared on stage dressed as Wallhadin and introduced his fictional wife, Gasmine (played by Kiku Sharda). Krushna as Wallhadin and Kiku as Gasmine had the Metro In Dino star cast in splits with their funny and quirky antics. Gasmine even recreated the famous Aashiqui 2 jacket-on-head scene with Aditya Roy Kapur in a humorous way. Eventually, Wallhadin and Gasmine left the stage. Kapil also congratulated Ali Fazal on recently becoming a father.
Kapil Sharma then sang Roop Tera Mastana, after which the entire Metro In Dino star cast, along with director Anurag Basu and host Archana Puran Singh, danced to the song.
In the Super Fan Segment, Mr. Ranjit Singh, a famous Indian traffic police officer who went viral on social media for controlling traffic in Indore with Michael Jackson-inspired dance moves, appeared on stage. Ranjit shared that his dance moves during traffic control have helped reduce accidents. Kapil praised his efforts, and Ranjit left the stage.
Sunil Grover appeared on stage dressed as Dada (a fake Mithun Chakraborty), arriving in a prop helicopter. His funny jokes and comic punches left the Metro In Dino star cast in stitches.
The entire Metro In Dino star cast played musical chairs on stage, and Anupam Kher emerged as the winner, receiving a fake blank cheque from the fake Mithun Da (Sunil Grover). Sunil Grover then left the stage.
Kapil thanked the entire Metro In Dino star cast for appearing on his show and wished them all the best for their film, after which the show concluded.
