- Anupam Mittal – Founder, Shaadi.com
- Varun Alagh – Co-founder, Honasa Consumer Pvt. Ltd.
- Kunal Bahl – Co-founder, Titan Capital & Snapdeal

Pitch 1: The Binge Town
- Brand Type: Private Theatres for Celebrations
- Founders: Chetan Agrawal, Yash Agarwal, Sanketh Jain, Soumay Bansal, and Bishnu Sahu
- Ask: ₹2 crores for 2% equity
The episode began with Ghazal Alagh surprising Varun with a customized experience organized by The Binge Town. The five founders then presented their brand, which offers private theatres for personalized celebrations like birthdays, proposals, and romantic dates. Their packages start from just ₹1,999, and the brand currently operates in seven major Indian cities.
Sanketh and Yash joined the company later, investing 40% of the total capital to acquire a major stake. Overall, the founders have invested about ₹6 crores in the business. Around 90% of their customers fall in the 20–35 age group, primarily booking theatres for intimate experiences. The company ensures privacy and safety, no cameras are installed, but the theatres cannot be locked.
Offers made by Sharks:
- Anupam Mittal: ₹8 crores for 26% equity
- Varun Alagh: ₹1 crore for 2.5% equity + ₹1 crore in debt at 15% interest
Final Deal:

Pitch 2: PropFTX
Brand Type: Digital Real Estate Platform
Founders: Rajeev Chhabra and Varun Singhi
Ask: ₹1 crore for 1.5% equity
A Bengaluru-based start-up, PropFTX, presented its digital real estate business founded on a fractional property ownership model, allowing investors to co-own high-value real estate with smaller investments.
However, founder Kunal Bahl expressed serious concern about the brand name, as “FTX” is associated with a massive crypto fraud in the USA. The Sharks were also surprised to learn that the business is still pre-revenue.
Anupam Mittal pointed out that the business is overly dependent on builders rather than real estate investors, and that the limited number of properties listed, only five, does not inspire confidence.
Offers made by Sharks:
- No offers were made, and the founders left without a deal.
Pitch 3: Eight Times Eight
- Brand Type: Chess-Based Skill Development Program
- Founders: Athul Krishna S, Abhijith M, Arijith M, and Adesh Joshi
- Ask: ₹50 lakhs for 5% equity
The final pitch of the episode came from four young founders from Kerala who introduced Eight Times Eight, a unique learning platform that helps children develop cognitive and analytical skills through chess. The founders revealed they have represented India in chess tournaments, including the Commonwealth and Asian Games.
In an exciting on-stage challenge, Kunal Bahl played chess against Athul Krishna, who was blindfolded and had one minute less on the timer. Athul won the match, impressing everyone with his skills and focus.
Their company currently offers two models, group sessions (six kids per group) and one-on-one classes. Around 71% of their business comes from India, while 29% is international.
Offers made by Sharks:
- No offers were made, and the founders exited without a deal.

Varun Alagh invested ₹1 crore for 2.5% equity and added another ₹1 crore as a loan at a 15% interest rate for four years.
