Rajamouli’s RRR is causing havoc at Overseas Box Office markets right now as on the opening day this highly awaited South Indian periodic action drama movie earned ₹ 67 crores from the USA and Non USA Foreign markets. Only with its Friday shows RRR left behind Robert Pattinson’s The Batman after which it became the no. film in the Australia box office. Only from its Preview screenings RRR grossed $ 3,198,766 in USA, $ 270,361 from Canada and around £ 238,313 from UK box office which is quite phenomenal. A big amount of ₹ 550 crores has been spent on the making of RRR and it needs to performs exceptionally well at Overseas box office as well to make some good profits and it has surely went off to a flying start.

With the grand success of RRR in the Overseas markets Jr. NTR and Ram Charan has proved that these South stars have a bigger mass appeal then any other Bollywood star in the overseas markets. Only two Bollywood films have ever achieved this kind of grand success at the Overseas box office and they are PK and Dangal. One thing which was common in both PK and Dangal was Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan as lead actor and you will be amazed to known that Aamir himself went to promote RRR with its star cast at one of the promotional event.
In the North American markets of USA and Canada RRR is once again going quite strong today as its overall occupancy rate in these markets was recorded somewhere between the range of 70% – 80% and tomorrow this percentage will surely shoot up a bit. At the Australia and New Zealand box office it is again getting great response today especially in Sydney and Auckland. In UK and rest of Europe which includes Sweden, Finland, Poland etc, RRR has once again dominated on Saturday and we are expecting even better performance and result in these markets tomorrow.
