RRR (2022) Film 21st Day Collection in India – Both Hindi and South Indian Belts 3rd Thursday Report

After collecting massive double digit box office figures on every single day in the first 2 weeks, it seems that the craze of S.S. Rajamouli’s RRR is finally on the decline now. In the 20 days of its business RRR has managed to gross about ₹ 1046 crores at Global box office and right now its the third biggest Indian box office grosser of all time but unfortunately it seems next to impossible for this film to break the box office records of Blockbusters like Baahubali: The Conclusion and Dangal. Although makers of RRR are appearing very happy with its great success and because of this they are continuously throwing parties to celebrate its achievements.

RRR sequel has already been confirmed by the makers as the story writer of this film ‘K. V. Vijayendra Prasad‘ confirmed about its Part 2 during an event hosted by popular Indian film producer Dil Raju. But it will be very interesting to see who will S.S. Rajamouli cast as main leads in the sequel of RRR because its highly unlikely that we will get to see Jr. NTR and Ram Charan as main leads again.

Earlier this Thursday on 14 April 2022, Rocking Star Yash’s much awaited film KGF Chapter 2 has also been released in Indian cinemas and even a day before Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast was released, both these films are completely dominating RRR at box office India right now. It seems like that the Indian audience has completely forgot about RRR within a couple of days as everyone now is talking only about KGF 2 and Beast.

RRR overall occupancy rate on Day 21 has been estimated around 20% – 30% which is very much on the lower side. This film has already lost a lot of screens to KGF 2 and Beast across India. A lot will depend on the upcoming weekend biz of RRR as we will find out whether this film will touch the ₹ 1100 crores Global box office collection milestone or not.

21st Day (3rd Thursday) Collection of RRR in India is  ₹ 9 crores (approximately)
