Aditi is a modern, open-minded girl who is in a relationship with her boyfriend Karan. However, she isn’t happy with him, as she no longer feels connected in their physical relationship. Karan is often forceful and tries to get intimate without her consent.
Meanwhile, Aditi’s father Nitin’s best friend, Sandeep, returns from America and visits their home. Sandeep becomes instantly attracted to Aditi after meeting her, while Aditi is equally impressed by his fitness. When Sandeep reveals that yoga is the secret behind his physique, Aditi requests him to teach her, and he agrees.
As Sandeep begins teaching yoga to Aditi daily, they grow closer. Sandeep even secretly watches her changing clothes. One evening, after having drinks near the poolside, Aditi slips into the pool, and in a spontaneous moment, she ends up kissing Sandeep.
Their relationship soon turns intense as Aditi admits she enjoys his touch. They start meeting secretly without her father’s knowledge. However, Sandeep later realizes that his actions are wrong and begins avoiding her. In response, Aditi blackmails him, threatening that if he refuses to marry her, she will tell her father that his best friend molested her and took advantage of her innocence.
