by Filled with twists, turns, and an emotional dumping at the end, Episode 8 of MTV Splitsvilla 16 (Pyaar Ya Paisa) was packed with entertainment. In this episode, another pair faced the Oracle, hoping to become the first ideal match of the season, and the aftermath of the previous episode’s Power Chamber session was also revealed.
This episode of MTV Splitsvilla 16 (Pyaar Ya Paisa) was 1 hour and 36 minutes long and aired on January 24, 2026. Soundharya Shetty was seen having an ugly spat with Suzanne, which escalated into a physical altercation between the two emotional contestants.
The episode began with all the Paisa Villa contestants returning after the Power Chamber session, where Aarav Chugh got dumped. Vishu Bajaj broke down in tears in his bedroom, feeling that he had lost both his Split coins and his friends. Gullu and Gauresh entered Vishu’s room to clear the air about the allegations made against Gullu during the Power Chamber, but Vishu refused to speak to them.
Meanwhile, Keona gave Deeptanshu a wishlist of what she expects from him in their connection, and Deeptanshu agreed to fulfill all her demands. Niharika once again had a heated argument with Gullu and Gauresh, roasting both of them with her savage one-liners like a true slay queen.
Over at the Pyaar Villa, Suzanne, holding a cup of tea, approached Soundharya Shetty for a private chat. She complained that Soundharya did not let her speak during the Love Charger task. However, when Soundharya refused to listen, Suzanne, out of frustration, spilled tea on Soundharya’s face.
An enraged Soundharya pushed Suzanne to the floor and pulled her hair before the other girls managed to separate them. Sadhaaf Shankar then took a stand for Soundharya, lashing out at Suzanne. Shockingly, Suzanne admitted she had pre-planned spilling tea on Soundharya and laughed about it, showing no remorse.
Soon after, the Pyaar Villa contestants received a notification from hosts Sunny Leone and Karan Kundrra announcing that a Dome Session would take place that night, where someone would be dumped and new bonds would form.
The contestants got ready for the Dome Session. Yogesh and Himanshu formed an alliance, promising that one of them would face the Oracle in hopes of becoming an ideal match.
At the Dome, Sunny and Karan first addressed Suzanne’s earlier behavior. Since she appeared unapologetic, Karan sternly criticized her, saying her actions could have seriously harmed Soundharya. He also warned Soundharya against getting physically violent again.
The hosts then called three couples (Himanshu & Diksha, Yogesh & Akanksha, and Sadhaaf & Tayne) to share details about their dates earlier in the day. The girls spoke warmly about how the boys made them feel special.
New Connection Picks by Tayne and Sadhaaf
As Tayne and Sadhaaf had already faced the Oracle once and were revealed not to be an ideal match, Sunny and Karan asked them to choose new partners. Whoever they picked would be safe from elimination. Their choices were:
- Tayne de Villiers chose Soundharya Shetty
- Sadhaaf Shankar chose Sorab Bedi
Unsafe Pairs in the Danger Zone
The remaining three pairs were declared unsafe and at risk of getting dumped:
- Harshit Gururani and Suzanne
- Anjali Schmuck and Ayush Sharma
- Chakshdeep Singh and Akanksha Shinde
Sunny and Karan then instructed the safe pairs to vote for one pair to dump, and the unsafe contestants to vote for one pair to face the Oracle. The unsafe contestants were also given the option to open the Mischief Box, which Chakshdeep and Suzanne volunteered to do.

After receiving the majority of votes, Himanshu and Diksha faced the Oracle. Unfortunately, it revealed that they were not an ideal match, which meant Harshit and Suzanne escaped elimination.
Mischief Box Twist
Sunny and Karan then revealed the contents of the Mischief Box. According to its twist, if the chosen couple failed to become an ideal match, one of them would be eliminated based on mutual decision.
Eliminated Contestant – Diksha Pawar
Himanshu and Diksha made a mutual decision, and Diksha chose to leave the villa so that Himanshu could continue his journey. As a result, Diksha Pawar became the third contestant to be eliminated from MTV Splitsvilla 16 (Pyaar Ya Paisa).
After the Dome Session, Yogesh, Himanshu, and their group returned to the Pyaar Villa visibly upset. Tayne de Villiers soon entered their room, confronting them and declaring that he and his group were now in full “vendetta mode,” accusing Yogesh and Himanshu of playing a dirty game. A fiery argument broke out, marking the end of the episode.
