by The first dome session of MTV Splitsvilla 16 (Pyaar Ya Paisa) took place in Episode 4, which aired on January 16, 2026, on MTV India and was simultaneously streamed on the JioHotstar app. Two contestants were also seen facing the Oracle, hoping to become the first ideal couple of the season.
This episode, running for 1 hour and 26 minutes, marked the season’s first two eliminations and featured an exciting twist at the end, involving mischief makers Nia Sharma and Uorfi Javed.
The episode began with the Splitsvillains enjoying a relaxing time in the Pyaar Villa. While the boys were swimming, Diksha Pawar and the other girls discussed Anjali Schmuck spending too much time with Ayush Sharma. They commented that the two didn’t look like a romantic match, joking that Ayush looked more like Anjali’s son than her partner.
Soon after, the contestants received a scroll from hosts Karan Kundrra and Sunny Leone, announcing the first dome session of the season. Except for the three safe boys — Tayne De Villiers, Yogesh Rawat, and Himanshu Arora — everyone else was declared unsafe.
The Pyaar Villa stood divided into two groups. Yogesh, Sorab, and Himanshu were seen plotting to gain an upper hand by creating rifts within the other group. They approached Harshit, Chakshdeep, and Anisha’s group, attempting to turn Anisha against Chakshdeep by claiming he was flirting with other girls. However, Anisha ignored them, and their plan failed.
Later, Himanshu was seen conversing with Diksha and Ayush. Ayush told him that Diksha had mentioned she might pair up with Ayush if she didn’t become an ideal match with Himanshu. This upset Himanshu, prompting Diksha to clarify her stance.
Fights in the Dome Session
As night fell, all contestants entered the Dome for their first session. Sunny Leone and Karan Kundrra greeted them as everyone admired the beautifully designed setup. The contestants saw the Oracle (Splitsvilla’s matchmaking AI) for the first time. The hosts also introduced the King and Queen thrones, reserved for ideal matches who will rule over the villa.
During a conversation in the dome, Sunny questioned Himanshu for speaking harshly to Soundharya Shetty. Himanshu revealed that two groups had formed inside the villa, leading to a heated argument between Himanshu, Yogesh, Chakshdeep, and Harshit. Frustrated, Tayne De Villiers walked out, calling the behavior childish.
A physical altercation broke out between Yogesh, Himanshu, Chakshdeep, and Harshit but was quickly stopped by Karan Kundrra, who reminded them they’d get plenty of chances to show “testosterone” in upcoming challenges. Tayne was brought back, and Karan warned him never to walk out again or risk elimination.
Another tense moment came when Sadhaaf argued with Anjali, who accused her of mocking her Hindi-speaking skills. Sadhaaf defended herself, saying her own Hindi wasn’t great either, so she wouldn’t make fun of Anjali.
Safe Boys Pick Girls to Face the Oracle
Karan and Sunny announced that all three safe boys would each choose one girl to face the Oracle with them. These three girls would also be safe from the night’s dumpings. Their choices were:
- Yogesh Rawat chose Akanksha Choudhary
- Tayne De Villiers chose Sadhaaf Shankar
- Himanshu Arora chose Diksha Pawar
Unsafe Splitsvillains Choose Their Connections
The hosts then asked the unsafe contestants to choose the connections they wanted to pair up with for upcoming tasks and twists. The choices were:
- Chakshdeep Singh chose Anisha Shinde
- Soundharya Shetty chose Harshit Gururani
- Anjali Schmuck chose Ayush Sharma
- Sorab Bedi chose Suzanne
- Simran Khan chose Anuj Sharma
Mischief Box Choice
Before the dumping votes began, Sunny and Karan asked whether anyone wanted to open the Mischief Box. Anisha, Soundharya, and Ayush volunteered. The hosts confirmed that the box would be opened later in the session.
Safe Pairs Vote for Dumping
All three safe pairs were asked to write down the name of one unsafe pair they wanted to dump. The decision from each pair had to be unanimous. The votes were:
- Tayne & Sadhaaf chose to dump Sorab & Suzanne
- Yogesh & Akanksha chose to dump Anuj & Simran
- Himanshu & Diksha chose to dump Anuj & Simran
Unsafe Contestants Vote for Oracle Pairs
The unsafe contestants then voted for the pair they wanted to see face the Oracle. The votes were:
- Ayush Sharma: Yogesh & Akanksha
- Anjali Schmuck: Yogesh & Akanksha
- Sorab Bedi: Yogesh & Akanksha
- Suzanne: Yogesh & Akanksha
- Simran Khan: Tayne & Sadhaaf
- Anuj Sharma: Tayne & Sadhaaf
- Harshit Gururani: Tayne & Sadhaaf
- Soundharya Shetty: Tayne & Sadhaaf
- Anisha Shinde: Tayne & Sadhaaf
- Chakshdeep Singh: Tayne & Sadhaaf
With a majority of votes, Tayne De Villiers and Sadhaaf Shankar were chosen to face the Oracle and try to become the first ideal match of the season.
Oracle’s Decision
Tayne and Sadhaaf went before the Oracle, which revealed that they were not an ideal match. As a result, Sorab and Suzanne were declared safe from elimination.
Mischief Box Twist
The hosts then opened the Mischief Box. Its twist stated that if the couple facing the Oracle was not an ideal match, one dumping would still take place among the pairs voted against by the other two safe pairs.
First Two Eliminations
Simran Khan and Ayush Sharma became the first two contestants to be eliminated from MTV Splitsvilla 16 (Pyaar Ya Paisa) since both Yogesh & Akanksha and Himanshu & Diksha had voted to dump them.
Special Twist by Nia Sharma and Uorfi Javed
After their elimination, Simran and Ayush were seen entering the Mischief Den inside the Paisa Villa, where they met the mischief makers, Nia Sharma and Uorfi Javed. The duo gave them a second chance by asking them to mutually decide who would stay in the show and who would leave. Since they couldn’t reach an agreement, Nia and Uorfi decided to make the choice on their behalf.
