by The much-beloved Bhojpuri singer Pawan Singh arrived as a special guest on episode 7 of Laughter Chefs Season 3, which aired on December 13, 2025, on the Colors TV channel and streamed on the JioHotstar OTT platform. In this episode, the celebrity contestants were challenged to cook traditional Bihari snacks such as Gud Thekua and Bhaukaal Baingan Chokha.
At the start of episode 7, Judge Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi and host Bharti Singh announced that in today’s episode, the celebrity contestants would cook traditional Bihari dishes. They also revealed that an iconic Bhojpuri star would join them to help with the cooking. Soon after, famous Bhojpuri star Pawan Singh appeared on stage, and all the contestants greeted him, shared laughs, and cracked jokes before the first cooking battle of the episode was announced.

Team Kaanta:

Cooking Battle 1
In the first cooking battle, celebrity contestants from both teams were required to cook a traditional sweet dish from Bihar called Gud Thekua.
Criteria for Gud Thekua:
- Total of 5 pieces of Thekua
- Signature dark brown color
- Texture: Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside
- Traditional chaap design
- Perfect jaggery sweetness
After the criteria for the first battle were announced, all seven pairs of celebrity contestants began cooking as the clock started ticking. Once the allotted time expired, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi tasted the Gud Thekua from each cooking station. The results were then announced, and the winners received golden stars, with their team also earning team stars.

- Winning Pair: Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel
- Winning Team: Team Kaanta
Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi praised the soft yet crispy texture, size, and sweetness of the Gud Thekua made by Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel. As a result, their pair was awarded a golden star, and their team, Team Kaanta, earned one team star.
Cooking Battle 2
In the second cooking battle, all seven celebrity pairs were challenged to cook another traditional Bihari dish called Bhaukaal Baingan Chokha.
Criteria for Bhaukaal Baingan Chokha:
- Two Chokha katori
- Lehsuni tadka (garlic tempering)
- Power star presentation
Following the announcement of the criteria, host Bharti Singh revealed the contestants who would perform the pantry run to collect ingredients within the time limit.
From Team Kaanta:

- Pawan Singh
From Team Chhuri:
- Debina Bonnerjee
- Eisha Singh
- Isha Malviya
- Tejasswi Prakash
After collecting their ingredients, all seven pairs of contestants began cooking Bhaukaal Baingan Chokha using their creativity and techniques to impress both Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi and Pawan Singh, aiming to win golden and team stars.
Once the cooking was complete, Chef Harpal and Pawan Singh tasted each dish. The results were then declared.

- Winning Team: Team Chhuri
Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi and Pawan Singh loved the flavor, texture, and presentation of the Bhaukaal Baingan Chokha prepared by Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash. Consequently, their pair received a golden star, and Team Chhuri was awarded one team star.
