by Bollywood action comedy film Bachchan Pandey has been released today in theatres worldwide on 18 March 2022. This Farhad Samji directorial features Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon in lead roles while Arshad Warsi and Jacqueline Fernandez are essaying supporting characters in this film. The whole premise of this film thrives on the character named Bachchan Paandey who was firstly seen in 2008 action film Tashan. Initially there were reports that this film is a remake of Tamil film Veeram but later on makers scrapped the idea and made a remake of Tamil film Jigarthanda.

Myra Devekar (Kriti Sanon) a newcomer director was given an assignment by a producer to come up with an interesting and violent story based on a gangster to produce a film. To fulfil producer’s demands and her hunger for making a realistic film, she decides to study the life of a real-life gangster to write the script. Myra’s research leads her to a crazy one eyed gangster named ‘Bachchan Pandey’ of Baagwa. Bachchan Paandey is a ruthless gangster surrounded by quirky yet scary henchmen. Myra’s somewhat secret attempts to research the life of Bachchan Pandey failed miserably and she gets caught by the merciless gangster, for snooping on his personal life. Bachchan Paandey Hindi Film Star Cast Performance Analysis:
If you are a Akshay Kumar fan then you will be quite happy to know that Akshay has single handedly carried Bachchan Paandey on his shoulders. His on-screen presence from the opening scene till the end has made this film watchable. The ruthless crazy avatar of Akki with various mind blowing action sequences and a funny comic punch here and there will keep you entertained during this whole film.
Talking about Kriti Sanon, well her performance is also quite satisfying and her chemistry with Arshad is too much fun to watch.
Rest of the cast looks more like fillers especially Jacqueline Fernandez who is playing the role of Bachchan Paandey’s former girlfriend Sophie in this film has turned out to be the biggest disappointment.

As we said earlier if you are a big Akki fan then Bachchan Paandey is a film you should not miss at any cost but if you want an overall package in which every single star gives a fantastic performance then its better to skip this one and wait for an OTT release.
