Laughter Chefs Season 3 Episode 8 (December 14, 2025) – Written Update, Dishes Cooked, Golden Star Winners, and Leaderboard Standings

Comedian Kapil Sharma appeared as the special guest on Laughter Chefs Season 3 Episode 8, which aired on December 14, 2025, on Colors TV and streamed on the JioHotstar OTT platform. During this episode, celebrity contestants were seen cooking dishes like Paratha, Lassi, and Gajar Halwa Truffles in two intense cooking battles.

At the start of Episode 8, comedian Kapil Sharma was introduced as the special guest of the evening by host Bharti Singh. Krushna Abhishek then arrived and gave a funny performance on the song Ek Haseena Thi, highlighting his long-time friendship with Kapil Sharma. Krushna then introduced all his fellow celebrity cooks to Kapil, after which Cooking Battle 1 was announced by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi.

Celebrity Pairs and Their Teams in Laughter Chefs Season 3 – Episode 8

Team Kaanta:

Cooking Battle 1

In the first cooking battle, contestants from both teams were required to prepare a complete North Indian breakfast meal, including Paratha and Lassi.

Criteria for Paratha:

  • Minimum 1-foot size
  • Properly filled with stuffing
  • Innovative filling
  • Perfect round shape

Criteria for Lassi:

  • Perfect sweetness
  • Thick and smooth texture
  • Served chilled

After the criteria were announced, all seven pairs of celebrity cooks began preparing Paratha and Lassi at their cooking stations. Even comedian Kapil Sharma gave each pair a helping hand during the process.

During the battle, Kapil Sharma’s co-stars from Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 — Ayesha Khan, Tridha Choudhary, Hira Warina, and Parul Gulati — also appeared as special guests. They performed a dance with Kapil on stage and later helped the contestants at their stations.

After promoting their film, Kapil Sharma and the Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 cast left the stage, while Bharti Singh and the contestants wished them good luck for the movie.

Once the allotted cooking time ended, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi tasted the Parathas and Lassis prepared by all pairs and then announced the results of Cooking Battle 1.

Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi was highly impressed by the flavorful filling, size of the Parathas, and the perfect sweetness of the Lassi made by Karan & Tejasswi and Aly & Jannat. As a result, both pairs received golden stars, and their respective teams earned one team star each.

Cooking Battle 2

In the second cooking battle, all seven celebrity pairs were given the challenging task of preparing a famous Indian sweet dish with a creative twist — Gajar Halwa Truffles.

Criteria for Gajar Halwa Truffles:

  • Three truffles
  • Signature color
  • Perfect sweetness
  • Elaichi & ghee aroma
  • Perfect shape

After the criteria announcement, Bharti Singh revealed the contestants who would perform the pantry run to collect ingredients for the dish within the allotted time.

From Team Chhuri:

  • Elvish Yadav
  • Gurmeet Choudhary

After collecting their ingredients, all pairs began cooking Gajar Halwa Truffles, creatively combining techniques to impress Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi. Once the cooking time ended, Chef Harpal tasted each dish and announced the results of Cooking Battle 2.

Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, in a rare instance, was deeply impressed with the Gajar Halwa Truffles prepared by the three pairs. Each of them received golden stars as a reward, and their teams also earned corresponding team stars.
