by The 35th edition of WWE Royal Rumble will take place on 29 January 2022 and Road to WrestleMania 38 will officially kick off at the end of this PPV. Both Men and Women rumble matches will take place on this event as per tradition and the winners of these matches are highly expected to main event in night 1 and night 2 of WrestleMania 38 in Texas later this year. As of right now the main card for Royal Rumble 2022 is looking stacked with 6 matches already being announced.
We are going to give you our early prediction about all these matches announced for Royal Rumble 2022 and who is expected to win men and womens rumble matches :
1. Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley – WWE Championship Match:
Our prediction for this battle of the giants is that Bobby Lashley is going to win this match as either Hurt Business former members Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander are going to cost Brock this match as WWE has already planted the seeds or maybe Roman Reigns will play a part in making Brock drop the title in this match. Either way Brock is expected to lose this match.
2. Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins – Universal Championship Match:
There is no way that WWE can afford their tribal chief losing at this point of time right before WM 38 so we are predicting a Roman Reigns victory in this match. This might just be the match of the night as Seth is a fantastic wrestler and he has a great in-ring chemistry with Reigns.

3. Becky Lynch vs. Doudrop – RAW Women’s Championship Match:
There is no way that Becky is going to lose this match and drop the title to someone like Doudrop at Royal Rumble 2022. Its almost certain that Becky Lynch is going to win this match and this might be the worst match of the night as it just looks more like a filler then anything else on the card.
4. Edge and Beth Phoenix vs. The Miz and Maryse – Mixed Tag Team Match
Edge and Beth are expected to win this match against the Miz and Maryse after which this might put an end to their rivalry right there. Nobody would want to see this continue as fans want to see Edge in a much bigger match at WM 38 rather then tagging along with his wife Beth at the grandest stage of them all.
5. Men’s Royal Rumble Match:
Brock Lesnar in our opinion will win Royal Rumble 2022 match and after this he will challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at WM 38. As we earlier said that Brock is expected to lose to Lashley on the same night either by Hurt Business interference or Reigns costing him the belt and this will piss Brock off after which he will enter the men’s rumble match and will win the whole damn thing.
6. Women’s Rumble Match:
At last predicting about Women’s rumble match well according to us Bayley will make her much expected return and she will be the last women standing. Bayley who was out since last July due to a knee injury makes the most sense to win this match. Now which champion she will challenge among Becky or Charlotte and whether we will see a heel Bayley or face Bayley returning it will be interesting to watch.
