The story of Titliyaan revolves around two college teachers named Taniya and Sophia. Taniya gets tortured by her husband Pratik every single night on bed and he is also the principal of college where Taniya works at. Sophia on the other hand is in love with her boyfriend Jimmy but eventually she finds out from Pratik that Jimmy is betraying her after which Pratik offers Sophia to sleep with her.
Both Taniya and Sophia gets completely broken from the torture by Pratik and betrayal by Jimmy after which they decide to make love with each other as according to them, all men are same.
Tanya asks Sophia whether the world will accept our relation and Sophia tells her that we should not care about what world thinks after which they both proposed each other. Sophia’s parents gets happy seeing their daughter happy.
Shruti brought police to college with her parents to get Pratik arrested but Pratik successfully managed to manipulate them all after which later that night, Tanya threatened Pratik that she will get him arrested by the cops. Pratik tortures Tanya and beats her up after which he throws her out of the house.
Tanya went yo Sophia’s house after which Sophia puts ointment on her wounds. Next day, Tanya sends divorce papers to Pratik and she also asked for Alimony.
Tanya & Sophia went to beach and there Sophia proposed her for marriage after which they both got married. Jimmy tries to confront Sophia and he blamed Tanya for their breakup. Sophia beats Jimmy for insulting Tanya. Sophia’s parents catches both Tanya & Sophia kissing after which Sophia’s father suffered a heart attack knowing that her daughter is a lesbian.
Sophia ended her relationship with Tanya in order to save her father’s life. Tanya cried on road. Later on, Sophia got married with a guy of her parents choice.
Pratik meets the lawyer named Donna and she told him about Tanya & Sophia lesbian relation and she further tells him that this point will help them in winning the case in court in first hearing. Pratik tried to get physical with Donna but she pushed him away and tells him to stay in his limits.
Few days later, Sophia was doing the morning walk and she saw Tanya. Sophia apologized to Tanya for throwing her out after which they both hugged. Sophia brought Tanya to her house and then she told Tanya her sad story about her husband turning her into a call girl. Sophia and Tanya ran away from Piyush (Sophia husband) house after which they both made romance.
