Shark Tank India Season 2 EP 30 Written Updates (10 February 2023) – All Pitches, Biggest Deals & Investments Made

Shark Tank India Season 2 EP 30 on Sony TV has been aired already and today we saw the inventors of Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani from Daryaganj restaurant making a pitch in front of the sharks. Later on, a Sikh guy showcased his innovative kit that converts a normal bicycle into an electric one. At the end of the show, three entrepreneurs from a  gaming and office chair making company made a pitch but they left without any deal.

Shark Tank Season 2 EP 30 All Deals and Offers Made – Full Details :

First Pitch – Raghav Jaggi, Gurpreet Singh and Amit Bagga – Founders of Daryaganj – Two restaurateurs & a professional chef came and then they introduced themselves as the innovators of Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani. They asked for an investment of Rs 90 crores for 0.5% equity in their chain of restaurants.

Butter Chicken and Butter Paneer was served to all the sharks and they enjoyed the taste of their food a lot. Aman Gupta said that he comes at their restaurant a lot to eat butter chicken and he always wanted to invest in their business but now he has to fight for the equity. It was revealed that Amit was holding 50% equity in their business and he mostly stays in New York.

Vineeta Singh offered them Rs 90 lakhs for 1% Equity. Peyush Bansal said that he is out because of the kind of valuation they are asking for and its not exciting to invest because its not going to be profitable for him. Namita Thapar said that she doesn’t have any expertise in this area and that’s why she is out. Anupam Mittal gave an offer for Rs 10 crores for 20% Equity and another Rs 1 crore for 0.5% Equity. Amit didn’t agreed with the offer and then Anupam said that he is out. Aman Gupta offered them Rs 50 lakhs for 1% Equity and another Rs 40 lakhs in debt at 12% interest.

Amit gave a counter offer of Rs 90 lakhs for 0.75% Equity and that too on his terms & conditions. Vineeta Singh said that she is out because they are offering everything to Aman. Aman Gupta offered them Rs 90 lakhs for 1% Equity. Vineeta Singh said that she is out. Amit puts forth a condition in front of Aman that he has to come every month for 30 minutes to help them in growing their business.

Finally the deal was made with Aman Gupta for Rs 90 lakhs for 1% Equity.

Second Pitch – Gursaurabh Singh – Founder of Dhruv Vidyut – A Sikh guy from Hisar, Haryana came and he made a pitch for his revolutionary product named DVECK – Dhruv Vidyut Electric Conversion Kit. Gursaurabh said that his kit converts normal bicycles into electric bicyles. After making the pitch, Gursaurabh asked for 100 hours of investors for 0.5% equity.

Gursaurabh tells investors that Peyush Bansal and Aman Gupta has already contacted him on LinkedIn. Gursaurabh said that this product doesn’t even burn because its made from aircraft grade aluminium and then he gave a demo by putting it on fire in front of the sharks. Gursaurabh tells the sharks that a normal electric cycle costs around Rs 40,000-45,000 these days and the manufacturing cost of base model of his DVECK kit is Rs 9000.

Anupam Mittal said that Gursaurabh can sell the motor instead for a lucrative price and Gursurabh said that’s not his vision at the moment, he further tells Anupam that he doesn’t have any valuation in his mind at the moment. Peyush Bansal took a demo of the converted bicycle by riding it but it was making too much noise and Gursaurabh tells him that it will make this much noise.

Vineeta Singh tells Gursaurabh that she won’t be able to make commitment of 100 hours of her time and that’s why she is out. Namita Thapar said that she can offer her network to Gursaurabh but she can’t give him 100 hours of her time and that’s why I am out. Peyush Bansal asked Gaursaurabh, Why didn’t you launched your convertible kit yet? Gursaurabh tells Peyush because he wants perfection in his product before launching it. Anupam Mittal said that he is ready to give a commitment of 100 hours of his time for 0.5% equity but only if Gursaurabh managed to raise Rs 1 crore. Gursaurabh tells Anupam that you’re pushing me into a territory and Anupam responds saying that no you are making your own territory.

Peyush Bansal tells Gursaurabh that he needs to move to Gurgaon because he has a factory in Bhiwadi and there will be top manufacturers working with him. Gursaurabh tells Anupam that he is ready to raise Rs 1 crore for 100 hours of his time.

Finally the deal was made with Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, and Peyush Bansal for Rs 100 crores for 0.5% Equity.

Third Pitch – Ishwardas Demla, Pawan Demla, and Chirag Demla – Founders of Cellbell – Three entrepreneurs came and they made a pitch for their company that makes comfortable chairs for office and gaming purporses. Chirag said that they make office chairs, boss chairs, and gaming chairs. They asked for Rs 90 lakhs for 1.5% Equity. Anupam Mittal asked Pawan and Chirag about the market size of office and gaming chairs in India but they don’t have any proper idea about it.

Peyush Bansal said that he is out and Namita Thapar also said the same. Aman Gupta tells them he is also out but he liked their chair a lot. Anupam Mittal gave them a proper vision & approach on how to make their business a brand and then he said that he is out. Vineeta Singh tells them that their business is not investable right now and that’s why she is out.

Finally no deal was made.
