by The reality check for the couples is getting more intense; in Episode 4 of Pati Patni Aur Panga Season 1, we witness three reality check games where every couple got an equal opportunity to win some laddoos and strengthen their position on the leaderboard.
Host Munawar Faruqui was once again seen sharing playful banter with contestant Rubina Dilaik, while his beautiful co-host Sonali Bendre graced the screens with her charming presence. To find out what happened in this episode, keep reading!
The episode began with hosts Munawar and Sonali showing the celebrity couples a pre-recorded video package, in which the couples gave their honest opinions about their rivals. Abhinav Shukla called Rocky Jaiswal his “brother from another mother.” Hina Khan commented that Rubina Dilaik is too talkative. Sudesh Lehri mentioned that Gurmeet is too quiet in front of his wife, Debina.
Reality Check Game 1: Take Care of the Kids
A few young children were sent to the houses of three couples, and each couple had to take care of the kids by following instructions such as having them draw fish or eat bottle gourd. The couple that took the best care of the kids would win a laddoo as a reward.

After the game ended, hosts Munawar Faruqui and Sonali Bendre asked the remaining four couples to vote for which of the three couples they thought took the best care of the kids.

- Pawan and Geeta voted for Rocky & Hina
- Gurmeet and Debina voted for Milind & Avika

Milind and Avika won Reality Check Game 1, receiving two votes and thus winning a laddoo as a reward.
Reality Check Game 2: Make a Permanent Tattoo on Your Arm
The male partners had to get a tattoo engraved on their arm. Celebrity tattoo artist Amy Jogi and her team inked tattoos on the arms of the male partners of each couple. All couples that got tattoos would win two laddoos each.
Sudesh Lehri, Rocky Jaiswal, and Fahad Ahmad opted out of this reality check game, refusing to get tattoos.

All four of these couples sportingly got tattoos and won two laddoos each.
Reality Check Game 3: Compatibility Test via Guessing
The heads and both arms of the female partners were placed inside glass boxes. The couples were then asked questions; the male partners had to write their answers on a slate, and the female partners had to guess what their partners wrote. If the guess was wrong, dirty animals or insects such as lizards, cockroaches, or rats were placed inside the glass boxes with the female partners. The couple with the most correct answers would win a laddoo.
Winners:
- Fahad Ahmad and Swara Bhasker (Most Correct Answers) — Swara made all the correct guesses, so they won the game and a laddoo.
- Abhinav Shukla and Rubina Dilaik (For Sportsmanship) — Rubina played the game very sportingly, staying inside the glass boxes even when cockroaches, rats, and lizards were thrown in, so Sonali Bendre decided to reward her with a laddoo.
