The episode began with special guests for the evening: Elvish Yadav and Karan Kundrra, the winners of Laughter Chefs Season 2, who arrived as the evening’s special guests. They were seen cracking jokes about their Laughter Chefs Season 2 trophy win. Karan and Elvish brought some special dishes cooked by them for all the celebrity contestant couples.

Reality Check Game 1: Guess the Art Made by Your Partner
In this reality check game, a word was given to one partner from each couple. That partner had to draw the word on the back of their partner. Based on the feel of the drawing, the other partner had to guess the word and then draw it on the canvas.
If the couple drew it correctly, they won a Shaadi Ka Laddoo. If they failed, the partner behind received a shock as a Panga Punishment.

After the end of Reality Check Game 1, other celebrities who are part of Laughter Chefs Season 3—Tejasswi Prakash and Jannat Zubair—arrived as special guests. They were seen cracking jokes and having fun with the hosts and all other celebrity contestant couples of Pati Patni Aur Panga Season 1.
In a special Guess the Art Made by Your Partner game, Elvish, Tejasswi, and Karan paired up and played together. The game was ultimately won by the pair of Karan Kundrra and Elvish Yadav, making it quite evident that Karan and Elvish have more chemistry than Karan and Tejasswi.
A fun quiz game was also played between the Laughter Chefs Season 3 female contestants—Tejasswi Prakash, Jannat Zubair, and Isha Malviya. They were asked general knowledge and food-related questions by the hosts. In the end, Tejasswi and Jannat won this quiz game.
Reality Check Game 2: Complete Activities While Taking Care of Your Baby
In this reality check game, participating couples had to take care of a fake stuffed baby. The couples had to make the baby sleep by singing a lullaby. Then, they needed to complete some activities without making noise. If there was noise, the baby would wake up, and the couple had to stop the activity, sing a lullaby to make the baby sleep again, and then continue with the activities.
The couple that managed to complete the most number of activities within the 10-minute time limit won this reality check game.
