by The Maha Sangeet celebration of Milind Chandwani and Avika Gor continued on episode 20 of Pati Patni aur Panga Season 1, which aired on October 5, 2025, on Colors TV Channel and was streamed on JioHotstar OTT platform. During this episode, three reality check games were played, and the winners were awarded Shaadi Ke Laddoo.
Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash were once again seen participating in reality check games during this episode, while the duo of Abhishek Kumar and Isha Malviya hosted some of the reality check games.
As seen in the previous episode of Pati Patni aur Panga Season 1, couples were divided into two teams, and the same continued in episode 20 as follows:
- Boys Team: Milind Chandwani (Captain), Fahad Ahmad, Swara Bhasker, Sudesh Lehri, Mamta Lehri, Gurmeet Choudhary, Debina Bonnerjee, Abhishek Kumar, and Tejasswi Prakash
- Girls Team: Avika Gor (Captain), Abhinav Shukla, Rubina Dilaik, Hina Khan, Rocky Jaiswal, Pawan Kumar, Geeta Phogat, Isha Malviya, and Karan Kundrra
Reality Check Game 1: Phone Booth Quiz
In this reality check game, two performers from each team stood inside a telephone booth, and they were asked quiz questions by the hosts. If the performers knew the answers, they needed to make a buzzer sound allotted to them. If the answer given by the performers was correct, they would earn a point; if the answer was wrong, one more person would be added to the booth. The team with the most correct answers by the end of this reality check game would win a laddoo.

Reality Check Game 2: Dance Off
In this reality check game, two couples competed against each other, and those couples were provided with special costumes. They had to perform on iconic songs while wearing those costumes. After both performances, the winner was decided by audience votes, and the winning couple would win a laddoo.

Reality Check Game 3: Lift the Plank to Answer
Parents of Avika Gor and Milind Chandwani participated in this reality check game. Questions were asked to the parents of both couples, and they needed to answer the questions by lifting a plank with a picture of either Milind or Avika on it.
