Varun Dhawan, Pooja Hegde, and Mrunal Thakur appeared as special guests in episode 51 of Laughter Chefs Season 3. The trio promoted their upcoming film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai and enjoyed a lot of fun with the celebrity contestants.
Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel were seen flirting in their signature street-romeo style with Pooja Hegde and Mrunal Thakur throughout the episode. The two Bollywood actresses also helped the celebrity contestants prepare unique dishes during the cooking battles.
Just before the second cooking battle, ITV actor Shalin Bhanot joined the show as a special guest and became Nia Sharma’s cooking partner in the absence of Sudesh Lehri.
Cooking Battle 1 – Soya Love Triangle
In the first cooking battle, Chef Harpal asked all pairs to prepare a dish called Soya Love Triangle.
Criteria for Soya Love Triangle:
- Three joined hearts
- Perfect heart shape
- Minimum 2.5 inches height
- Uniform thickness
- Chatpata flavour
- Crunchy texture

Cooking Battle 2 – Rajma Chawal Ball
In the second cooking battle, the contestants had to prepare a popular Indian meal with a twist called Rajma Chawal Ball.

- Minimum 3.5 inches diameter
- Perfectly cooked
- Flavourful gravy
- Balanced Rajma-Chawal ratio
