Jordan was still too young as she was only 26 when she died and this news came as a shock for many who followed her and watched her on reality tv shows. Now there are many speculations going around in the media about whether her death was indeed a natural death or did someone killed her.
Jordan Cashmyer’s father Dennis M. Cashmyer Jr., confirmed the news about his daughter’s death on Facebook by post the following :
“Last night I received a call no parent ever wants. My oldest beloved daughter, Jordan has passed away, she was only 26 years old. Our hearts are truly broken. No parent should ever have to go through losing a child, EVER. Please keep my family in your thoughts prayers as we navigate through this terrible tragedy. Please understand and respect our privacy at this time. We are surrounded by the love and support of our children, grand daughter Lyla and family members. 💔 Jessica Cashmyer.”

As of right now the actual cause of Jordan Cashmyer’s death has not been revealed but as per what we know so far Jordan was homeless when she appeared on the MTV’s reality tv show “16 and Pregnant Season 5” in Year 2014 and had since struggled with addiction and mental health issues.

There are many angles which needs to be examined in this whole case right now as we know that Jordan and her boyfriend Derek decided to go separate in 2014 after doing MTV’s show and later on Jordan got the custodial rights of her daughter Evie so does Darek has anything to do with it who knows? Also there were reports that after filming the MTV show back in 2014, Jordan continued to have a difficult course in life as she was struggling with mental health issues. In 2014, she attempted suicide. “I felt that there wasn’t much of a reason to live anymore. After trying to overdose, I was taken to a hospital and have been in there since then,” Jordan wrote on Facebook. She further added “They felt that I had made enough progress to go home today. I am now on medication and feeling great. Things are really looking up and I am set on having the best possible future for my daughter and I.” So there is a suicide angle to this whole case as well.
