Elvish Yadav Arrest by Noida Police : How many years of Jail Expected? Possibility of Bail or Release? – Full Details Check

Popular Indian YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police on 17 March 2024 for his alleged involvement in snake venom case under the Wild Life Protection Act 1972. Fans of Elvish are in a state of shock ever since this news broke out and now they are praying for the release of their favourite idol.

Elvish Yadav who is also very popular by the name of Rao Sahab was arrested by Noida, Police on Sunday morning as he has brought to Noida Police Station for several hours of questioning, where he finally confessed his crime. Elvish was later presented in the court and the police was granted with a 14 days judicial custody of the YouTuber.

An Animal welfare organization named People for Animals conducted a sting operation last year which exposed the misuse of rare animals and later they got in touch with Elvish Yadav as they had a tip-off that he is running a supply network with multiple people. As per the complaint, Elvish helped the people by providing contacts who finally arranged snake venom for rave parties. Elvish has also posed with snakes in his shoot videos multiple times.

Many people are also alleging that Manohar Lal Khattar removal from chief minister post of Haryana is a major reason behind Elvish Yadav’s arrested, as it has been said multiple times that CM Khattar was quite close with Elvish and he was also present at the BBOTT 2 victory rally of Elvish Yadav in Haryana last year.

Speaking of the term of imprisonment Elvish Yadav can face if he gets proven guilty under the Wild Life Protection Act 1972, well a jail sentence of minimum 3 years or maximum 7 years is expected for the popular Haryanvi YouTuber.

Possibility of Elvish Yadav getting a bail are very unlikely as he has been charged under Wild Life Protection Act 1972, Section 120B, and Section 29 NDPS act, some of which are non-bailable offenses.
