by Episode 15 of Naagin Season 7 begins with Ahana (Priyanka Chahar Choudhary) assuring the Naag Rakshaks that they will not let any harm come to Aryaman (Namik Paul). After saying this, she leaves. Bharni (Alice Kaushik) expresses her fear that history is repeating itself. She reveals that she had once killed Purvi to stop a similar situation. Bharni throws one of her bangles into the fire, and Uttara’s soul appears in hologram form, saying they have failed.
A flashback shows the Suri family massacring Purvi’s family. As Uttara lay dying, she asks Bharni to prevent Purvi from falling in love with Aryaman, as a Naagin cannot love a human. Bharni promises to stop her and takes Aryaman’s form to stab Purvi in the stomach. The flashback ends.
In the present, Uttara’s soul tells Bharni that love cannot be stopped and that their efforts were in vain. Bharni gets frustrated, realizing Ahana has forbidden her from killing Aryaman.
Ahana reaches the ocean, determined not to let Aryaman die. She finds a special herb liquid, recalls her moments with Aryaman, and drinks it. Meanwhile, Aryaman regains consciousness in the temple, recalling the truth and deciding to tell everyone. When Ahana arrives and learns he has escaped, she vows to stop him at any cost.
Aryaman reaches home, muttering that Ahana is not human but a Naagin. Parmeet questions him, and Aryaman laughs it off, saying he read articles about Naagins but never believed them. Ahana smiles, realizing her new power worked, as she had erased Aryaman’s recent memories by placing her hand on his forehead earlier.
Later, Aryaman complains of not remembering what happened in the past two hours. Parmeet assumes Aryaman is drunk and reminds him about work. Once Aryaman leaves, Parmeet and Pammi discuss their crime, mixing medicine into Aryaman’s drink on the night they killed Ananta’s family.
Ahana overhears their conversation. When Parmeet suggests Rishabh ran away with the diamond, Ahana says it’s with her father, Mr. Dhawan. Parmeet claims a father will do anything for his daughter, implying Mr. Dhawan will hand it over. Pinky adds that Aryaman would do anything for her, which is why he married Ahana in the first place.
Ahana goes to rest. Ananta (Eisha Singh) appears, saying Ahana cannot kill Aryaman. Ahana insists she hasn’t killed him yet but will one day. Ananta argues that true love is indestructible, mentioning her own heartbreak with Ravish. Ahana dismisses her and remains determined.
Aryaman arrives, complaining of a headache. Ahana prepares a herbal drink for him, and they share a short, emotional exchange before Aryaman falls asleep. When he murmurs about covering the Maha Shivaratri puja, Ahana senses she may receive a divine message from Mahadev that day.
Elsewhere, the police inspector tells his wife he believes Naagins exist and plans to visit the mountain temple to sell their information to Parmeet.
The next morning, Rishabh’s wife brings Vikram to Suri’s house, asking him to handle Rishabh’s projects. Parmeet agrees, calling Vikram like a son to him, and refuses to end ties over Vikram’s past with Pinky. When Aryaman and Ahana remain asleep, Dimple comments on their absence.
Ahana wakes up feeling dizzy and vomits. Pammi asks if she might be pregnant, which shocks everyone. Vikram storms off in anger. Aryaman follows and reassures him that Ahana isn’t pregnant, asking him not to ruin their friendship over a girl. Vikram agrees but smirks evilly afterward.
Later, the inspector updates Parmeet about sighting an Icchadhari Naagin near the mountain temple. Parmeet warns that he will be rewarded if right but punished if wrong.
Everyone prepares for the Maha Shivaratri puja. Aryaman checks on Ahana, who taunts him for calling her a bad girl earlier. Aryaman says he can end their marriage whenever he wants. He switches on the radio, where they hear a story about Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
At the temple, Parmeet informs the priest that Aryaman and Ahana will perform Rudra Abhishek. Ahana feels dizzy and sits aside. Aryaman offers her an apple, joking that everyone will think he is irresponsible if she faints.
Ravish arrives with his girlfriend, Kriti. When Ahana mentions his engagement to Ananta, Ravish calls Ananta a gold digger. Suddenly, a snake appears. The priest calms everyone, saying Mahadev sends messages to Naagins on Maha Shivaratri. Ahana realizes her dizziness is connected to this divine sign, marking the end of the episode.
