by Nia Sharma and Sunny Leone appeared as special guests on Laughter Chefs Season 3 Episode 18, which aired on January 18, 2026. The two gorgeous beauties graced the show to promote their new youth-oriented reality TV show MTV Splitsvilla 16 (Pyaar Ya Paisa).
Celebrity cooks from both Team Kaanta and Team Chhuri were tasked with preparing complex dishes like Marshmallows, Hot Chocolate, and Ravioli Di Ricotta E Spinaci Al Burro E Limone. Bharti Singh was once again missing from this episode, so Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi took over the hosting duties in her absence.

Episode 18 began with all the celebrity contestants wondering where Karan Kundrra was. Soon after, Karan made a grand hero entry riding a bike, with Sunny Leone sitting behind him and Nia Sharma seated in the sidecar. Abhishek Kumar was seen flirting with Sunny Leone, while Elvish Yadav asked her out on a date — and she playfully accepted.
Nia Sharma became the target of good-natured trolling by Aly Goni and Krushna Abhishek when she started speaking in English to appear more sophisticated than the others. Aly and Krushna then teased her by showing clips from Laughter Chefs Seasons 1 and 2, giving her a funny reality check.
After the fun segment, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi announced the first cooking battle. Nia Sharma was assigned to help Team Kaanta, while Sunny Leone assisted Team Chhuri.
Cooking Battle 1
In the first battle, contestants were tasked with preparing a popular western snack and a drink — Marshmallow and Hot Chocolate.
Criteria for Marshmallow:
- Four pieces of marshmallow
- Texture: Soft and fluffy
- Perfect consistency
- No stickiness
Criteria for Hot Chocolate:
- Served hot
- Creamy and smooth texture
After the criteria were announced, both teams began working on their dishes, taking assistance from Sunny and Nia. Once time ran out, Chef Harpal tasted each dish and delivered his verdict.

Chef Harpal looked quite impressed with the fluffiness and softness of the marshmallows made by Krushna & Kashmera and Aly & Jannat. He also appreciated the sweet and balanced flavor of their hot chocolate. Praising them with his signature line, “Zubaan Ki Ho Gayi Balle Balle!”, he awarded each of them golden stars and gave Team Kaanta two team stars.
Cooking Battle 2
In the second cooking battle, all seven celebrity pairs were tasked with preparing a classic Italian dish — Ravioli Di Ricotta E Spinaci Al Burro E Limone.
Criteria for Ravioli Di Ricotta E Spinaci Al Burro E Limone:
- Three pieces of ravioli
- Heart-shaped design
- Minimum 2.5 x 2.5-inch size
- Perfect ravioli texture
- Creamy filling
- Balanced flavours in the sauce
Chef Harpal then announced which contestants would go on the pantry run to collect ingredients.

Praising their efforts with his catchphrase, “Zubaan Ki Ho Gayi Balle Balle!”, he awarded Team Chhuri two team stars and Team Kaanta one team star.
