On Saturday, November 29, 2025, the WWE Survivor Series: WarGames premium live event took place at Petco Park in San Diego, California. Top superstars from both the Raw and SmackDown brand divisions participated in the show.

This was the fourth annual edition of Survivor Series featuring the WarGames match concept. Superstars from both the men’s and women’s divisions competed inside the popular double-ring setup surrounded by a steel cage.

A major change took place during this year’s WarGames matches. Instead of superstars waiting inside shark cages for their turn, they made their entrances through the main ramp when their three-minute entry interval arrived.

  • The babyface team of AJ Lee, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, Iyo Sky, and Rhea Ripley defeated the heel team of Becky Lynch, Lash Legend, Nia Jax, and The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) in the Women’s WarGames match via submission (AJ Lee made Becky Lynch tap out to the Black Widow submission).
  • Dominik Mysterio became the new WWE Intercontinental Champion by defeating John Cena via pinfall.
  • Stephanie Vaquer retained the Women’s World Championship by defeating Nikki Bella via pinfall.
  • The heel team of The Vision (Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed), Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar defeated the babyface team of CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso), and Roman Reigns by pinfall (Bron Breakker pinned CM Punk).

Major Highlights and Key Moments

  • During the Intercontinental Championship match between John Cena and Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan made her long-awaited return. She helped Dominik win the title and celebrated with him in the ring.
  • In the main event (Men’s WarGames match), a hooded figure climbed through the steel cage and entered the ring. The mystery person superkicked CM Punk, followed by a move resembling Seth Rollins’ Stomp, allowing Bron Breakker to finish off Punk with a Spear and secure the win for his team.
  • The event kicked off with the Women’s WarGames match and concluded with the Men’s WarGames match.
  • The Women’s WarGames match was the longest bout on the card, lasting 41 minutes and 10 seconds, while the Women’s World Championship match between Stephanie Vaquer and Nikki Bella was the shortest, lasting 12 minutes and 20 seconds.
