Women’s Premier League Season 2 (WPL 2024) registration process has been done already and 61 overseas players have registered for the bidding war that will take place in Mumbai on 9 December 2023. 15 of these players are from associate nations and they will be high in demand because of the heroics of Tara Norris in WPL’s first season.
Only 2 overseas players have set their base price at a high value of Rs 50 lacs, while 4 players comes under the Rs 40 lacs base price bracket. 17 Australian players and 13 English players have entered the players auction for WPL 2 and their fate will be decided in a week’s time.
