The 10th episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3, which streamed on Netflix on August 23, 2025, featured four of India’s top entrepreneurs—Aman Gupta, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Ritesh Agarwal, and Ghazal Alagh—as special guests. Viewers saw them enjoying themselves with host Kapil Sharma and his talented team, while Navjot Singh Sidhu and Archana Puran Singh enjoyed the fun from the judges’ hot seats.
Although this was the show’s 10th episode, it felt more like a collaboration special between The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3 and Shark Tank India. The episode began with Kapil Sharma introducing all four guests for the evening, including Aman Gupta, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Ritesh Agarwal, and Ghazal Alagh. Kapil, in his trademark witty style, joked that together they had one idea in mind—how to become famous in 152 countries at once—and then they decided to come to his show as special guests. His remarks made all four guests laugh.
During a chat session, Kapil asked Ghazal Alagh, “When you became a mother, you started Mamaearth. Why didn’t you start Papaearth?” Ghazal responded, “Mama ne papa ko pata liya na!” (“Mother got hold of father, didn’t she?”), to which Kapil quipped, “Only Mama is Earth—Papa is Vyarth!” (“Father is useless!”). His comments made everyone laugh again.
Vijay Shekhar Sharma shared an amusing revelation, revealing that when he was preparing for engineering entrance exams, he used to read two books at the same time—and even demonstrated how he managed to do so.
Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek entertained the audience as they came on stage, with Kiku dressed as a fake Tiger Shroff and Krushna as a fake Jackie Shroff. Their funny antics made all four guests laugh a lot.
Ritesh Agarwal shared the story of starting OYO Rooms and the challenges he faced, particularly how people initially mispronounced the company’s name as “Yo Yo.” Kapil humorously suggested that perhaps Honey Singh would now ask for a stake in Ritesh’s company as a result.
Sunil Grover appeared in his hilarious avatar as disco dancer Diamond Raja, and his performance, especially a song praising boAt’s speakers, made Aman Gupta laugh out loud. Ghazal and Vijay were also seen having a lot of fun, dancing along with Sunil Grover.
Kapil Sharma posed a question to Vijay Shekhar Sharma about how much money an Indian needs to live comfortably; Vijay replied that ₹1–2 lakh per month is more than enough. Kapil, in his witty style, responded, “You keep those 1–2 lakh rupees, and Paytm us the rest of your income!” Everyone burst out laughing.
The episode ended with Kapil telling the live audience to give a standing ovation to all four guests. He encouraged the viewers, saying that, just like these entrepreneurs, everyone can fulfill their dreams through a combination of hard work and smart work.
