RRR (2022) Film Fifth Day Collection in India – Both Hindi and South Indian Belts Report

After having a slow start in the Hindi belts South Indian periodic action drama film RRR is now witnessing huge growth in its box office India collections from its Hindi dubbed versions. Makers of RRR were quite disappointed earlier because at the opening day RRR collected only ₹ 19 crores from Indian Hindi belts and comparing it to Baahubali 2: The Clnclusion day 1 Hindi belts collection, the Prabhas starrer collected ₹ 42 crores on Day 1. The Kashmir Files was the only true competitor of RRR in the Hindi belts when this S.S Rajamouli directorial released earlier on Friday 25 March 2022. Fortunately TKF wave has slowed down quite a bit and now RRR is enjoying somewhat of a free run all across India.

Below is the complete data of RRR collections from Hindi belts 4 days business from Indian box office :

RRR 4 Days Collection India (Hindi Belts Only) Total Income Earned
Day 1 ₹ 20.07 crores
Day 2 ₹ 24 crores
Day 3 ₹ 31.50 crores
Day 4 ₹ 17 crores
Grand Total  ₹ 92.57 crores

There were many reports after the release of RRR that Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt who has a extended cameo appearance in RRR was not too happy with her role in her South films debut and she reportedly unfollowed Rajamouli on her Instagram but after reports of the rift between the director and the actress started floating around, the 29-year-old actress quickly decided to follow Rajamouli back again.

RRR has already recovered the amount of ₹ 550 crores that was spent on the making of this film through its Global box office collections. Next few days are going to be quite crucial because makers of RRR are currently eying the ₹ 1000 crores milestone and to achieve that massive landmark this Jr. NTR and Ram Charan starrer needs to perform exceptionally well and that too continuously at least till the end of this week.

In Southern parts of India, todays 5th day overall occupancy rate of RRR has been recorded around 70% – 80% which is a bit on the lower side as compared to the last few days. IPL is also effecting RRR business a lot right now and especially in key Hindi belts states like Maharashtra, Punjab, and Gujarat, RRR growth has decreased which might give a bit of headache to the producers in near time.

5th Day (Tuesday) Collection of RRR in India is  ₹ 97 crores (approximately)
