The cast of Masti 4 introduced a special game named Love Visa, in which the male partners in the celebrity couples shared their wild fantasies, and the wives had to guess which husband had mentioned that fantasy by spraying foam on their faces. The wife with the most correct guesses would win this game.

In this reality check game, two teams competed against each other. Husbands and wives from each team had to make their partners guess a phrase by posing behind a whiteboard. Whichever couple guessed the most correct phrases would win this reality check game.

Reality Check Game 2 – Guess with the Punching Bag
In this reality check game, two teams competed. The wives stood on one side of a wall while the husbands stood on the other. Husbands and wives were asked questions with answer choices A, B, or C. They had to choose their answer and stand on that portion of the wall. Their partners then had to guess which option their better half had chosen and push the punching bag toward that portion of the wall to smash it. If they guessed correctly, they earned a point. The team with the most points by the end of this reality check game would win a Shaadi Ka Laddoo each.
