by In Episode 9 of MTV Splitsvilla 16 (Pyaar Ya Paisa), another exciting task took place among the contestants of Paisa Villa, giving them a chance to increase their Splits Coins purse and get one step closer to sitting on the Power Match throne. However, tension also rose between Ron and Asmita, leading to the end of their connection.
The runtime of MTV Splitsvilla 16 (Pyaar Ya Paisa) Episode 9 was 1 hour and 19 minutes, and it aired on January 25, 2026. This entire episode focused on the happenings inside the Paisa Villa, read on to find out everything that unfolded.
The episode began with Gullu and Kaira sorting out their differences. Kaira told Gullu that everyone in the villa was saying he was only using her for the game and didn’t actually love her. Gullu replied that everyone was targeting him and Gauresh at the moment and insisted that Kaira shouldn’t believe them, as his feelings for her were genuine.
Later, Gullu saw Niharika and Vishu talking to each other. He and his group started passing cheap comments about Niharika, calling her manipulative and a “poisonous snake.”
Paisa Challenge Notification and Split Coins Balance
All the Paisa Villa contestants received a notification to get ready for their next Paisa Challenge. Before that, the show displayed the current Splits Coins balance:

Loot Lo Paisa Challenge: Rules, Pairs, Attackers, Battling Trios, and Results
All Paisa Villa contestants reached the task location, where they were greeted by mischief maker Nia Sharma. Everyone started wondering where the other mischief maker, Uorfi Javed, was. Soon, Uorfi made a grand entry dressed as a cop, and looked adorable as always. Together, Nia and Uorfi announced the next Paisa Challenge named “Loot Lo.”
Rules of the Loot Lo Challenge
- Each pair (one boy and one girl) was allotted three treasure chests.
- The girls had to cross an obstacle course and collect gold bars from lockers to fill their team’s three treasure chests.
- Simultaneously, the boys raced across a different obstacle course from the opposite side to reach and press a buzzer first.
- While crossing, Cop Uorfi Javed would occasionally turn and shout, “Boo!” Any boy caught moving at that moment had to take ten steps back and restart from there.
- The first boy to press the buzzer earned his partner an extra minute to collect more gold bars, while the other girls had to freeze.
- After the timer ended, the girls stopped collecting gold bars.
- Next, each pair had to carry one filled treasure chest together through a tunnel while navigating another obstacle course. During this, attackers threw water balloons at them.
- If a water balloon hit a chest, its value was lost and added to the attackers’ Splits Coins count.
- The value of chests that successfully reached the tunnel’s end without being hit was added to that pair’s Splits Coins balance.

All the pairs were notified in the Paisa Villa to mutually decide how to divide their Splits Coins between partners. The four attackers also had to decide how to distribute their 37,000 Splits Coins before placing their final counts in the Mischief Box.
Back in the villa, Asmita and Ron had a heated argument. Asmita cried, saying Ron wasn’t supportive at all, before breaking her connection with him. Later, she was seen approaching Deeptanshu to form a new connection, which shocked him, he told her he needed time to think.
Later, Deeptanshu discussed the distribution of the 37,000 Splits Coins with Khushi, Simran, and Keona. They mutually decided that:
- Deeptanshu would keep 15,000 coins,
- Keona and Khushi would keep 8,000 coins each, and
- Simran would keep 6,000 coins.
This marked the end of the episode.
