Episode 7 of Love Island All Stars Season 3 featured intense drama as Charlie Frederick locked horns with Scott van-den Sluis due to a misunderstanding involving Jess Harding. The popular British boy band Blue also made a special guest appearance in the villa, performing some of their all-time hits for the islanders.
This 57-minute episode aired on January 21, 2026. The ending was quite dramatic as the gorgeous host Maya Jama made a surprise entrance into the villa to announce the elimination of one boy and one girl.

The episode began with Millie Court and Jess Harding chatting on the sunbed about Charlie’s actions. They agreed that what he did was wrong and decided to stop giving him so much attention. Later, Jess had a private conversation with Tommy, where she told him that his public actions during the recoupling embarrassed her. Tommy responded that he never intended to hurt her and was simply expressing his feelings.
Jack and Whitney were then seen visiting the Secret Garden together, while Konnor, AJ Bunker, and Leanne watched from the bar, wondering if the two would kiss. Inside the garden, Jack and Whitney shared a sweet chat over glasses of champagne before eventually sharing a kiss.
Charlie soon had another heated confrontation by the bar—this time with Sean—who advised him not to hurt both Jess and Millie. Charlie didn’t take the advice well and stormed off, telling Sean to mind his own business.
Meanwhile, Shaq and AJ Bunker were seen spending quality time on the terrace. Shaq told AJ how happy he was that she picked him during the recoupling and added that he couldn’t wait to share a bed with her now that there were no restrictions on kissing. AJ looked overjoyed.
Later, Millie had a private chat with Charlie, informing him that she didn’t want to share a bed with him that night. Respecting her wishes, Charlie agreed to sleep outside. While the other seven couples shared beds, Charlie and Millie slept separately.
The next morning, Jess and Tommy had another talk, where Tommy apologized for his earlier behaviour. They decided to remain friends moving forward. Meanwhile, new couple Ciaran and Samie shared their first kiss, leaving Samie blushing.
Charlie later pulled Scott and Sean aside for a boys’ talk, asking them to stay out of his business involving Millie and Jess.
Soon after, Belle received a notification on her phone revealing that the famous British boy band Blue would visit for a special VIP performance that evening. Excited, the islanders got ready for the show. Blue performed several of their hit songs, including One Love and All Rise. However, once the performance ended, tensions in the villa began to rise again.
Jess soon found herself in another misunderstanding after a conversation with Scott. She told Millie and the other girls that Scott claimed Charlie had told him he kissed Jess just to make Millie jealous. This accusation led to another heated confrontation between Charlie and Scott, with most girls siding with Scott.
Later that night, Maya Jama returned to the villa and announced that it was time for the season’s first elimination. The two islanders with the fewest votes—one boy and one girl—would be dumped from the villa. The episode ended on a tense cliffhanger.
