by The newly arrived American islanders faced a tough decision in Episode 16 of Love Island All Stars Season 3. Meanwhile, romance intensified between the UK and USA islanders, and the OG contestants in the main villa received some spicy gossip from Scott, leaving them worried.
This episode aired on January 30, 2026, and featured plenty of spicy romantic moments between the British and American islanders. Tommy and Jack were seen receiving multiple kisses from Kyra Lizama, while Millie Court and Zac Woodworth shared some flirtatious moments as well.
Episode 16 began with the continuation of the Beer Pong game at the USA getaway villa. Kyra gave Jack a lap dance, then kissed Tommy, saying he should consider switching up his couple because she liked him. She later kissed Jack too, admitting she thought he fancied her the most.
Yamen kissed Whitney, saying he felt the most sexual tension with her. Scott kissed Sher Suarez, complimenting her for having the nicest lips in the entire villa. Zac kissed Belle, calling her the naughtiest in the villa, and Imani kissed Jack, admitting she wanted to explore a connection with him.
After the game, the British islanders at the USA getaway villa discussed what had just happened. Jack admitted that he wanted to explore connections with some of the girls, while Sher confessed that she enjoyed her kiss with Scott, saying he was a good kisser.
USA Islanders Pick Three Boys and Three Girls
The USA islanders then received a text instructing them to choose which UK boys and girls they wanted to keep in the USA getaway villa. The one boy and one girl not chosen would return to the main villa.

Scott and Helena were not picked and had to return to the main villa. Upon their arrival, they updated the OG islanders about the American contestants staying in the other villa. Scott told Sean that Yamen had said Sean wasn’t “manly enough.” He also informed Curtis about the growing closeness between Millie and Zac.
Back in the USA getaway villa, Yamen told Belle, while holding Whitney in his arms, that he genuinely liked Whitney. Meanwhile, Millie and Zac shared another kiss as they discussed their earlier Beer Pong moment.
Tommy, in a private chat with Kyra, admitted he still wanted to explore his connection with Lucinda but would also like to get to know Kyra better. Kyra promised to pull him for chats over the next few days, and Tommy agreed they’d have plenty of time together.
That night, in the USA getaway villa, Millie & Zac, Carrington & Belle, Jack & Kyra, and Yamen & Whitney shared beds. In contrast, most islanders at the main villa slept alone, except Scott and Leanne, who shared a bed.
The next morning, Carrington served coffee to the girls at the getaway villa, and Kyra proudly told him, “I’m very proud of my USA boys.”
Back at the main villa, Scott told Lucinda about Tommy’s growing closeness with Kyra and their kiss from the Beer Pong game. He also informed Konnor about Whitney’s developing connection with Yamen.
At the USA getaway villa, Kyra told Tommy that she’d wanted to share a bed with him the previous night. Tommy replied she could do so anytime she wanted. They talked about their kiss, and Tommy asked if she wanted another one, they kissed again and looked very cute together. Meanwhile, Imani and Jack were also seen sharing a kiss during a flirty conversation.
Back at the main villa, Leanne confronted Scott about comments he made to Belle regarding not leaving the villa if Leanne got eliminated. Scott clarified his side and explained he didn’t volunteer to go to the USA villa but was selected. Leanne responded that she was glad he was back.
At the USA getaway villa, Belle and Carrington were seen cuddling, while Ciaran and Sher had a private chat about getting to know each other better. Ciaran told Sher she could surprise him, and she replied playfully that it depended on how “deep” their conversations went.
Meanwhile, Curtis and Lucinda appeared worried at the main villa after hearing about Tommy and Millie’s closeness with Kyra and Zac. However, Curtis said he wasn’t too worried since he was still open, and Lucinda agreed.
Later, Kyra and Jack were seen flirting again. They discussed their kiss from last night, and when Kyra asked Jack if he wanted another one, he said, “Why not?” They shared another passionate kiss, and Kyra remarked that it was even better than the previous one.
In the evening, both villas were lively as everyone got glammed up. Ciaran admitted to the boys that, if he had to choose right now, he’d prefer Sher in his bed.
At the main villa, Sean told Leanne that being apart from Belle gave him more clarity about their connection and made him realize he missed her a lot. He also gave Leanne advice about her situation with Scott.
In the USA getaway villa, the USA boys had a chat about the UK girls before being called over by the UK girls for a lighthearted group talk.
Back in the main villa, Scott told Leanne that the new USA girls were incredibly attractive, calling them “incomparable.” He also admitted that he would’ve liked to explore a connection with Sher Suarez if he had stayed longer in the USA villa. Meanwhile, Lucinda told Samie and Helena that she missed Tommy and wanted to see him return soon.
At the USA getaway villa, Tommy and Kyra shared yet another kiss, while Yamen and Whitney got flirty and kissed as well.
In the main villa, Scott told Curtis he believed there was a 90% chance that Millie would end up with Zac once she returned. Meanwhile, in the USA getaway villa, Millie and Zac were seen cuddling tightly, marking the end of Episode 16.
