In the first cooking battle of this episode, the celebrity contestants were given the task of preparing a dish with multiple health related benefits called Amla Prash.

- Perfect balance of spicy and sweet taste

- Brownish and reddish signature colour
After the criteria were announced, all seven pairs of celebrity contestants started cooking Amla Prash at their cooking stations. Once the time limit expired, Chef Harpal along with the guest doctors tasted the Amla Prash prepared at each station and then announced the results of Cooking Battle 1.

Cooking Battle 2 – Lentil Burger Bun and Sweet Potato Patty
In the second cooking battle of the evening, Chef Harpal asked the celebrity contestants to cook some yummy fast food items which included a Lentil Burger Bun and a Sweet Potato Patty.
