by Paramount Plus original web series Halo Season 2 has been released worldwide on 8 February 2024 and the final episode of this video game adaptation based show will be streamed on the OTT platform on March 21, 2024. Unfortunately fans in India who were eagerly waiting for the release of second season of Halo will have to wait a bit further as the science fiction drama will release in the country at a later date.
Halo Season 2 was supposed to release in India on Jio Cinema OTT Platform on the same date of its worldwide release, but it seems that the release has been postponed because of some technical issues.
Halo Season 1 was released in India on Voot Platform and as we all know that Voot has been officially merged with Jio Cinema platform, so it was highly expected that the season 2 of Halo will be made available for online streaming on Jio Cinema APP and Website.
Jio Cinema is currently in a tie up with Paramount Plus OTT service and all their shows from past and future will release on the Mukesh Ambani owned platform. Jio Cinema even has a separate Paramount Plus hub on their platform.
Many fans have raised this issue on Jio Cinema’s social media handles by complaining about Halo Season 2 not being available in India and all of them have received a common reply from the support team which states, “We do not have rights for Halo Season 2 on our platform”
From what we have gathered from our inside sources, it seems that all the episodes of Halo Season 2 will release at once in India on Jio Cinema Platform and that too with Hindi dubbing.
Impatient fans have to wait a bit longer as Halo Season 2 Hindi dubbed version will officially release in India somewhere between April 2024 – May 2024.
