Cooking Battle 1: Imarti & Rabdi
Task:
The contestants had to prepare:
- Imarti with at least eight small rings and a perfect orange colour.
- Thick and creamy Rabdi with balanced sweetness.
Judging:
After the time was up, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi tasted each pair’s Imarti & Rabdi.
- Vicky Jain & Ankita Lokhande – Their Imarti’s shape was not perfect, but it was crunchy. The Rabdi tasted good.
- Elvish Yadav & Abdu Rozik – Their Imarti did not have perfect rings, but the Rabdi tasted good.
- Sudesh Lehri & Mannara Chopra – Their Imarti was not properly soaked in syrup, but the Rabdi had a thick texture and good taste.
