Laughter Chefs Season 2 Episode 46, which aired on June 29, 2025, was a media special, as many popular journalists from the Indian media fraternity attended. They were seen asking questions to all the celebrity cooks, who answered in a humorous way.
In addition to the media’s question-and-answer session, there were cooking battles. Celebrity cooks were tasked by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi with preparing complicated dishes, including Ice-Cream and Paneer Shawarma Pockets.
Host Bharti Singh added her signature touch of laughter throughout the episode. Rahul Vaidya was absent from this episode, and Jannat Zubair teamed up with Rubina Dilaik as his replacement.

Cooking Battle 1
All seven pairs of celebrity contestants were challenged to make Ice-Cream.
Criteria for Ice-Cream:
- Dragon Fruit Flavour
- Smooth & Creamy Texture
- 1 Crispy Cone
- Cone Size: 5 Inches
All seven pairs began making the Ice-Cream. After the allotted time, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi tasted the Ice-Cream made by each pair, and the results of Cooking Battle 1 were announced.

Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi praised the crispiness of the ice-cream cones made by both pairs and loved the sweetness of their Dragon Fruit Ice-Cream. He complimented them by saying, “Zubaan Ki Hogayi Balle Balle,” and both pairs were awarded a golden star each.
Cooking Battle 2
All seven celebrity contestant pairs were tasked with cooking a Middle Eastern dish called Paneer Shawarma Pockets.
Criteria for Paneer Shawarma Pockets:
- 2 Paneer Shawarma Pockets
- Perfect Pockets (Shape and Color)
- Minimum 3 Vegetables in Stuffing
- Chargrilled Paneer
- Authentic Middle Eastern Taste
Host Bharti Singh announced the names of the contestants from each pair who would collect ingredients from the pantry within the given time limit. They were:

- Samarth Jurel
- Vicky Jain
- Elvish Yadav
- Nia Sharma
- Kashmera Shah
- Reem Shaikh
After collecting the ingredients, all seven pairs of celebrity cooks began preparing Paneer Shawarma Pockets. When the allotted time ended, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi tasted the Paneer Shawarma Pockets made by each pair, and the results of Cooking Battle 2 were announced.

Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi loved the vegetable stuffing, shape, and color of the pockets, as well as the authentic Middle Eastern taste of the Paneer Shawarma Pockets made by Sudesh Lehri and Nia Sharma. He complimented them with his signature dialogue, “Zubaan Ki Hogayi Balle Balle,” and their pair was awarded a Golden Star.
