Vivian Dsena and Rahul Vaidya joined as special judges in Episode 63 of Laughter Chefs Season 3, which aired on 27 June 2026 on Colors TV and was streamed on JioHotStar app.
In this episode, host Bharti Singh introduced Vivian and Rahul as a “Khatra Twist”. She informed the celebrity contestants that instead of the regular judge Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, Vivian and Rahul would taste the dishes and give the final verdict.
Cooking Battle 1: Mango Sticky Rice
In the first cooking battle, all seven pairs of celebrity contestants were tasked with preparing Mango Sticky Rice.
Criteria for Mango Sticky Rice:
- Stickiness of Rice
- Coconut Flavour (Sauce & Rice)
- Perfect Consistency of Sauce

Cooking Battle 2: Dhaba Style Mixed Veg Kolhapuri
In the second cooking battle, contestants had to prepare the traditional Maharashtrian dish – Dhaba Style Mixed Veg Kolhapuri.
As per a special rule of this round, the winning pair would gain 2 stars, while the pair with the worst dishes would lose 1 star.
Criteria for Dhaba Style Mixed Veg Kolhapuri:
- Minimum 4 Vegetables
- Rich & Thick Gravy
- Spicy and Flavourful
- Hero Ingredient – Dagadphool
- Signature Red Colour
