Episode 54 of Laughter Chefs Season 3 was an Akhada Special as desi Indian wrestlers joined the celebrity cooks in a fun-filled 1-hour-16-minute-long comedy fest.
At the start of the episode, a 60-year-old woman named Nishrin Hitesh Parikh, who has represented India in Asia and World Bodybuilding competitions, along with a 51-year-old lady from Hyderabad named Kiran Dembla, joined as special guests. Kiran has contested in World Championships in bodybuilding and is also a professional DJ, mountaineer, photographer, and personal trainer to many South Indian stars like Tamannaah Bhatia, Prabhas, S.S. Rajamouli, Taapsee Pannu, and Anushka Shetty.
Elvish Yadav was seen doing arm-wrestling against multiple desi pro wrestlers during the episode. He defeated all of them but intentionally lost against host Bharti Singh in a fun and cheeky way.
Cooking Battle 1 – Bun Maska with Flavoured Butter
In the first cooking battle of the evening, all the pairs of celebrity contestants were tasked with preparing Bun Maska with Flavoured Butter in a wrestler theme.
Criteria for Bun Maska with Flavoured Butter:
- Pehalwan – Minimum 7 inches height
- Proportionate shape
- Soft and fluffy
- Glazed brown
- Special flavoured butter

Cooking Battle 2 – Chapli Kabab with Green Chutney
In the second cooking battle of the evening, all the pairs of celebrity contestants were challenged by Chef Harpal to cook a popular Indian starter snack named Chapli Kabab along with Green Chutney.
Criteria for Chapli Kabab:
- Round-flat shape
- Minimum 7 inches diameter
- Crispy and soft

- Teekhi Hari Chutney
- Silbatta preparation
