Episode 11 of Love Island All Stars Season 3 was packed with drama from start to finish as Shaq Muhammad dumped Helena Ford for Belle Hassan, only to face instant karma soon after. Meanwhile, a shocking recoupling decision by newly arrived bombshell Lucinda Strafford left the entire villa stunned.

This episode largely focused on Shaq, exposing his hypocrisy and double standards when it came to exploring connections in the villa. However, Lucinda’s surprising recoupling choice at the end was undoubtedly the biggest highlight.

Love Island All Stars Season 3 Episode 11 Shaq telling Helena about his feelings about Belle

Early Conversations and Confrontations

The episode began with Curtis Pritchard pulling Helena aside for a private chat. He asked her about the ongoing love triangle involving her, Shaq, and Belle, and also about her type of guy. Helena told him she enjoys simple things, like visiting zoos.

Meanwhile, Shaq and Whitney were seen apologizing to each other after their heated confrontation near the fire pit. Whitney maintained that she stood by her comments about AJ, while Shaq apologized for raising his tone. The two made peace and toasted to their renewed friendship with glasses of champagne.

Shaq then pulled Belle for a private chat. Belle told him about her earlier conversation with Helena in the dressing room, saying Helena looked upset. She clarified that she wasn’t the kind of girl who liked to upset others, but admitted that she did fancy Shaq.

Later, Shaq spoke with Scott and Sean, and Scott advised him that Shaq and Belle made more sense as a couple than Shaq and Helena. Taking Scott’s advice, Shaq then pulled Helena for a private talk and bluntly told her that he was more inclined toward Belle. He said he didn’t want to keep Helena as a placeholder and encouraged her to explore other options in the villa. Helena burst into tears, and the girls quickly rallied around to console her.

Sean and Belle’s Growing Spark

Shortly after, Belle had a private conversation with Sean Stone, during which Sean admitted he wanted to explore their bond beyond friendship, as he felt there was genuine chemistry between them. Belle agreed, saying she felt the same way.

Sean later informed Shaq about his talk with Belle. and Shaq looked visibly bothered by it.

Meanwhile, Jess approached Whitney for a one-on-one conversation, confronting her for calling her a “bad friend.” Jess apologized for not taking Whitney’s side during the earlier conflict, and the two hugged it out, putting their differences behind them.

That night, all the Islanders settled down with their partners, while Millie and Shaq slept alone since their partners had already been dumped. The newly arrived bombshells, Curtis and Lucinda, also slept alone as they had yet to form any connections.

Morning Kisses and Shaq’s Karma

The following morning, Sean pulled Belle to the terrace for a private chat. Downstairs, Shaq was overheard saying, “If Belle kisses Sean, I’m done with her.” His fear soon became reality when Belle and Sean shared not one but two kisses on the terrace.

When Belle returned, she learned that Shaq had made the “I’m done with her” comment. Annoyed, Belle said, “We’re not married, how can he say that?” She later confronted Shaq, reminding him that she was in the villa to explore her options.

Following that, Shaq vented to Scott, complaining that Sean should have been upfront about kissing Belle. He called Sean “a snake” and declared that Sean was no longer his friend.

New Flirtations Around the Villa

Elsewhere, Curtis pulled Millie for a private chat in the secret garden. The two shared playful banter and a hint of flirtation, though no kiss happened. Curtis even taught Millie a few dance moves in a lighthearted moment.

Meanwhile, Ciaran was lounging with Samie at the sunbeds when Lucinda pulled him aside for a private conversation. Lucinda asked about his connection with Samie, and Ciaran said it was going well but he was still open. When Lucinda asked about his type, Ciaran said he liked girls with pretty faces. Lucinda then confessed that she fancied him and wanted to get to know him more.

Later that evening, Jack pulled Lucinda for a chat in the secret garden. Over glasses of champagne, the two flirted playfully. While they didn’t kiss, Lucinda hinted that she might consider Jack in the upcoming recoupling.

Meanwhile, Sean decided to confess to Shaq about kissing Belle. He approached him in the garden and apologized for upsetting him, but Shaq cut him off, saying, “We’re not friends anymore.”

The Surprise Recoupling

Soon after, Curtis and Lucinda received text messages instructing all Islanders to gather at the fire pit, a recoupling was about to take place.

Since Curtis and Lucinda were the newest arrivals, they were given the first picks. The remaining girls would then choose their partners.

  • Curtis Pritchard chose to couple up with Millie Court.
  • Lucinda Strafford shocked everyone by choosing Ciaran Davies.

Lucinda’s decision left the entire villa stunned, especially Samie, who looked visibly upset. Millie, Whitney, and Belle were also taken aback, as most Islanders expected Lucinda to choose Jack. The episode ended there, with the rest of the recoupling choices to be revealed in the next episode.

Next Episode Precap: In Episode 12, the remaining recouplings will continue as the girls decide which boys they want to couple up with. It will also be interesting to see the aftermath of Lucinda’s shocking decision to steal Ciaran from Samie and how it reshapes the villa dynamics.
