- The Hardys became the new NXT Tag Team Champions, marking the first time TNA wrestlers have held a WWE title.
- Backstage, Matt Cardona enters General Manager Ava Raine’s office and apologizes for interfering in Josh Briggs’ match last week. Ava responds that she knows Cardona is just self-promoting, and Cardona admits she has him figured out. As Cardona mentions that he’s sure Briggs wants revenge, Briggs appears, demanding a match with Cardona. Ava schedules the match for next week as Cardona was hiding behind the Ava’s ofice door.
- Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr., who declares that “All Ego” Ethan Page still has issues with him and vows to pursue the NXT North American Championship. Lexis King interrupts, mistakenly thinking El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. is Tavion Heights. When Lexis reaches for El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr.’s mask, he is quickly rebuffed, and El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. exits. Tavion Heights then appears, questioning why Lexis King mentioned his name. Lexis King awkwardly realizes he was not speaking to Tavion earlier.
- Backstage, NXT’s women’s team reunites to celebrate their victory in the Women’s Survivor Series-style elimination match. Jacy Jayne leaves, and Zaria arrives. Jaida Parker and Lola Vice exit when Zaria confronts them. Blake Monroe appears and accuses Sol Ruca of being greedy, comparing her to Jordynne Grace. Blake warns Zaria that she won’t get what she wants as long as Sol Ruca is around. Zaria insists she won’t let Blake drive a wedge between her and Sol Ruca over Sol’s titles. However, Blake clarifies she only cares about the Women’s North American Championship and predicts that their friendship won’t last long.
- Backstage, NXT General Manager Ava Raine and TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella congratulate each other, celebrating the restored partnership between NXT and TNA. Ava announces she is seeking a new #1 contender for the NXT Women’s Championship and extends an invitation to the TNA Knockouts division, which Santino accepts.
