- “The Beast” Brock Lesnar kicked off the show by entering the ring and grabbing the microphone to call out John Cena. (Perhaps Lesnar forgot that Cena made his final SmackDown appearance last week.) R-Truth soon interrupted, leading to a humorous interaction where R-Truth claimed to be Cena’s younger brother, “Ron Cena,” and vowed to protect him from Lesnar. Lesnar hit R-Truth with an F-5, then left the ring after intentionally ripping his pants and dancing in front of R-Truth, who was lying flat in the ring. Anyways see you at Wrestlepalooza (2025), Mr. Brock, where you’ll surely meet your long-time friend John Cena.
- The match between Giulia and B-Fab never officially started, as B-Fab attacked Kiana James during her ring entrance. Giulia and Kiana then teamed up to assault B-Fab. Michin rushed in with a kendo stick, taking out Kiana, before Giulia rolled out of the ring. It seems the feud between Giulia and Michin is far from over.
- Backstage, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis informed Chelsea Green and Alba Fyre that they would receive a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match against the winners of NXT Homecoming (2025).
- After the match between Tiffany Stratton and Jade Cargill, Nia Jax attacked Cargill outside the ring and took her out with a devastating Samoan Drop. It appears a Nia Jax versus Jade Cargill feud is the next big storyline in SmackDown’s women’s division.
- After the main event match ended, Drew McIntyre continued to assault Randy Orton. Suddenly, Cody Rhodes’ music hit, and he rushed to the ring, taking out McIntyre with a Cody Cutter. Cody announced his return and told McIntyre that he’ll see McIntyre at Wrestlepalooza (2025).
