- The show kicked off with Jey Uso addressing his loss to Seth Rollins at Clash in Paris. He was interrupted by LA Knight, who blamed Jey’s mistakes for Rollins still holding the World Heavyweight Championship. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed then interrupted, drawing boos from the Paris crowd. Reed boasted about putting Roman Reigns in the hospital and warned that Jey and Knight were next. Breakker and Reed challenged Jey and Knight to a tag team match later that night, which the duo accepted.
- As Asuka and Kairi Sane prepared for their match against Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez, IYO SKY confronted them, apologizing for last week’s events. Asuka assured her that all was forgiven, calling IYO family. IYO offered to help during the match, but Asuka declined, saying the Kabuki Warriors could handle The Judgement Day themselves. Kairi thanked IYO in Japanese, telling her everything would be alright.
- General Manager Adam Pearce announced that Stephanie Vaquer and IYO SKY will compete for the vacant WWE Women’s Championship at Wrestlepalooza.
- Backstage, Nikki Bella wished IYO SKY luck for the Wrestlepalooza match. Asuka and Kairi Sane arrived; Nikki left, and Asuka warned IYO that Nikki isn’t her friend. She promised that she and Kairi would soon be tag team champions and offered to help IYO defeat Vaquer. IYO insisted she would win alone, but Asuka reminded her she didn’t win the Women’s Championship at SummerSlam (2025) on her own.
- Adam Pearce informed The Judgement Day that Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh would be banned from ringside during Dominik Mysterio’s Intercontinental Championship match against AJ Styles.
- Backstage, Rhea Ripley told Jackie Redmond that she would challenge whoever wins at Wrestlepalooza between IYO SKY and Stephanie Vaquer, as she has her eyes on the prize. She also mentioned Asuka’s discomfort with her closeness to IYO. Asuka arrived and confronted Ripley, warning her to stay away from IYO. Ripley warned Asuka not to push her, but Asuka replied that she would push anyone she wanted. - Backstage, Rhea Ripley and CM Punk were shown talking before Adam Pearce arrived, informing Punk that Seth Rollins was in the building—he didn’t know how, but Rollins was present. Punk left, telling Pearce he would “handle it.” Pearce, confused, asked what that meant.
- CM Punk entered the ring, grabbed a mic, and announced he is hijacking the show and would wait in the ring until Seth Rollins confronts him, “MAN to MAN.” Seth’s entrance music (“Burn It Down!”) played, but instead of Rollins, his wife Becky Lynch appeared. As the crowd chanted for AJ Lee, Becky dismissed them, calling AJ a “dope” who “doesn’t work here.” Lynch and Punk traded barbs, with Becky blaming Punk for fans chanting his name during her matches. She reminded everyone she main-evented WrestleMania on her own merit, but the crowd booed her heavily. Once again, they chanted for AJ Lee, but Becky dismissed it. She told Punk he didn’t fit WWE’s vision, and Punk retorted that the vision seemed “blurry.” Punk bragged about he being the “Best in the World” and accused Rollins of hiding behind his wife. He called Rollins a “paper champion” and vowed their feud would never end. Seth Rollins finally appeared on the stage, telling Punk to say what he wanted to his face. Punk tried to leave, but Becky blocked Punk’s way. As Seth left, Becky slapped Punk repeatedly, taunting him. Punk warned Becky she’d regret touching him and vowed to make Rollins regret cashing in Money in the Bank on him. Punk then left the ring.
- Backstage, Punk continued searching for Rollins. Adam Pearce told Punk that Rollins had already left the building. Punk asked where SmackDown is this Friday; Pearce replied, “Chicago, home sweet home.” Punk’s cryptic “tremendous” response—another possible AJ Lee return hint—left Pearce baffled.

Breakker speared Knight, and Reed threw him over the French announce table. Breakker speared Jey, and Reed hit him with the Tsunami. Jimmy Uso rushed to the ring with a steel chair to save his brother, forcing Breakker and Reed to retreat as the show went off the air.
