During one of the reality check games, Abhishek Kumar and Isha Malviya were seen getting emotional while remembering their past moments, and all other celebrity contestants were seen offering them support.
At the start of Episode 27, Abhishek Kumar and Isha Malviya had their hands and heads stuck inside small glass boxes, and there were rats inside the boxes as they screamed to get them out. Hosts Munawar Faruqui and Sonali Bendre then announced that today’s reality check games would be held on public demand, and then the first reality check game was revealed.
Reality Check Game 1: Give Correct Answer or Face Punishment
In this game, the husbands from each couple had their hands and heads placed inside glass boxes, and their wives standing in front of them were asked general knowledge questions. For every correct answer, one point was awarded, while for every wrong answer, the husband tied to the glass boxes faced a punishment.
Three couples participated in this reality check game, and the couple with the most points at the end won a laddoo. The time limit to answer questions was 15 seconds.

Hina Khan and Avika Gor each gave one correct answer, so the couples “Avika & Milind” and “Rocky & Hina” won Reality Check Game 1 and were awarded a Shaadi Ka Laddoo by Mary.
Reality Check Game 2: Earn Money and Go on a Romantic Date with Your Partner
In this game, two couples participated and had to earn money by doing jobs at public places. With the money earned, they organized a special date for their partner.
The winner was decided by votes from the non-participating couples. The couple that received the most votes from the non-performing couples won a Shaadi Ka Laddoo as a reward.

Fahad Ahmad brought dhol waalas and danced with Swara Bhasker to the dhol beats. Afterward, they went on a special lunch date, and Fahad organized auto rickshaws decorated with Swara’s photos. Meanwhile, Sudesh Lehri took Mamta Lehri on a romantic boat ride, and during the boat ride, Mamta Lehri gifted a beautiful watch to Sudesh Lehri.
Abhishek Kumar and Isha Malviya got very emotional after seeing the romantic dates of both Sudesh Lehri & Mamta Lehri and Fahad Ahmad & Swara Bhasker, and they were seen crying as they remembered their past when Abhishek and Isha were in a relationship. Other celebrity contestants were seen comforting Isha and Abhishek.

Reality Check Game 3: Complete Activities and Collect Items in the Dark
In this game, two couples performed one by one. One partner from each couple had to follow instructions from their partner, collect items from a dark room, and complete certain activities.
Whichever couple completed the most activities and collected the most items from the dark room within the 15-minute time limit won this reality check game and received a Shaadi Ka Laddoo.

Gurmeet Choudhary managed to collect 5 items and complete 6 activities by following the instructions of his wife Debina Bonnerjee in the 15-minute time limit, so their couple won Reality Check Game 3 and was awarded a Shaadi Ka Laddoo by Mary.

The race to the grand finale of Pati Patni Aur Panga Season 1 is heating up, and celebrity contestants will get more chances to improve their positions on the leaderboard during the upcoming episodes, which will air on Colors TV and the JioHotstar OTT app.
