by The aftermath of the Double or Nothing task continued in Episode 38 of MTV Splitsvilla X6. Gauresh, Deeptanshu, and Himanshu were seen serving as servants to Yogesh, Anuska, and Gullu respectively.
The episode also featured an intense Dome Session where Niharika Tiwari and Sorab Bedi emerged as the new Ideal Match, along with crucial voting and a dramatic elimination twist.
Episode Highlights
The episode began with the three servants completing the wishes given by their masters:
- Gullu made Himanshu clean his shoes and undergarments.
- Anuska made Deeptanshu bow down and touch her feet, and also forced him to dive into the pool multiple times.
- Yogesh asked Gauresh to organize all his clothes neatly.
However, none of the servants managed to fulfill all three wishes:
- Gauresh failed to complete all of Yogesh’s wishes.
- Deeptanshu failed to complete all of Anuska’s wishes.
- Himanshu failed to complete all of Gullu’s wishes.
Later, all contestants gathered for the Dome Session. The latest Split Coins count was revealed, with Gullu & Suzzane still leading the charts.
Since Kaira & Anu and Vishu Bajaj’s partners were sitting on the Power Match throne, Kaira & Vishu got the power to save one unsafe couple. They chose to save Ron & Asmita.
As a result, along with Ron & Asmita, all pairs from the winning team of the Nimbura Pyaar Challenge (except Deeptanshu & Soundharya) were declared safe.
The Insurance Twist
A new twist called “Insurance” was introduced. Unsafe contestants could put all their Split Coins at stake to buy insurance. If their name was selected for dumping by the safe pairs, their Split Coins would drop to zero.
By mutual decision:
- Power Match Gullu & Suzzane received the power to dump.
- Ideal Match Gauresh & Akanksha received the power to save.
Ideal Match Reveal
Niharika Tiwari and Sorab Bedi received the maximum votes to face the Oracle. According to the Oracle’s calculation, they were declared a perfect Ideal Match.
Niharika & Sorab became the new Ideal Match, replacing Gauresh & Akanksha.
Elimination Drama
Niharika & Sorab wrote the names of Anuska & Harshit for dumping. However, since Anuska & Harshit had bought insurance, they were safe from elimination.
The power then shifted to the Power Match pair “Gullu & Suzzane” who chose to dump Himanshu.
But Himanshu used his Power Card. Both Ruru Thakur and Sorab Bedi sacrificed all their Split Coins to save him. As a result, Himanshu was also saved.
Moral of the Episode: No one got eliminated.
As Sandy had predicted earlier in the episode, “Koi Nahi Jaane Waala,” the entire dome session ended without any elimination, leaving many viewers feeling it was a time-wasting episode.
