The episode began with the narrator introducing viewers to the picturesque Love Island All Stars villa in South Africa, featuring a new addition called the Garden Bench. The Secret Garden also returned, promising some spicy moments in the coming days. Host Maya Jama then entered the villa and began introducing all 12 contestants.

Contestants entered in the following order:

  1. Jess Harding (Season 10 Winner) and Whitney Adebayo (Season 10 Runner-up)
  2. Tommy Bradley (Season 12 OG) and Charlie Frederick (Season 4 Bombshell)
  3. Ciaran Davies (Season 11 Runner-up) and Belle Hassan (Season 5 Casa Amor)
  4. Helena Ford (Season 12 OG) and Jack Keating (Season 6 Casa Amor)
  5. Sean Stone (Season 11 OG) and Leanne Savannah (Season 6 OG)
  6. Millie Court (Season 7 Winner) and Shaq (Season 7 OG)

Good and No Good Game

After all contestants arrived, Maya Jama announced the Good and No Good Game. She asked the six boys to stand by the fire pit while the girls had to pick one boy to give a sash labelled “Good,” kiss him, and explain why he was a good match based on first impressions. Then, they had to choose another boy for the “No Good” sash and explain why he wasn’t a good fit.

The girls’ choices were as follows:

  • Millie gave the Good sash to Charlie and the No Good sash to Ciaran.
  • Whitney gave the Good sash to Tommy and the No Good sash to Jack.
  • Helena gave the Good sash to Sean and the No Good sash to Charlie.
  • Jess gave the Good sash to Tommy and the No Good sash to Sean.
  • Belle gave the Good sash to Ciaran and the No Good sash to Sean.
  • Leanne gave the Good sash to Sean and the No Good sash to Shaq.

After the game ended, Maya Jama left the villa, telling the contestants she would return later in the evening to announce the public’s chosen couples.

Once she left, the boys discussed the girls’ decisions. Shaq admitted he expected to receive the No Good sash from both Whitney and Leanne since they are friends with his ex-girlfriend.

Meanwhile, the girls encouraged Helena to consider coupling up with Jack, saying Irish boys are fun and know how to make girls laugh.

Later, Charlie made the first move among the boys. He pulled Millie aside for a lighthearted conversation, where she playfully asked if he had expected the Good sash from her — though Charlie didn’t have a clear answer.

Helena and Jack also enjoyed a private chat about their preferences. Jack admitted he’s into blondes, which made Helena blush. She replied, laughingly, that she doesn’t have any specific type.

Shaq had a candid conversation with Belle, admitting he cheated on his ex-girlfriend during a trip to Miami. In a cheeky tone, Belle warned him not to try cheating on her, saying she’d fly to Miami herself and “strip in front of multiple guys” if he did.

As the evening approached, the contestants got ready for the night-time party. Maya Jama returned to reveal the results of the public vote.

Pairings Chosen by Public Voting

  • Belle coupled up with Sean
  • Whitney coupled up with Jack
  • Helena coupled up with Charlie
  • Jess coupled up with Tommy
  • Leanne coupled up with Shaq
  • Millie coupled up with Ciaran
  • The First Bombshell Arrives

After the couples were revealed, Maya Jama dropped a major twist — the first bombshell of Love Island All Stars Season 3 was about to arrive. Scott van-der-Sluis, a former Love Island Season 10 contestant, made a dramatic entrance, stunning everyone.

Maya asked Scott which two public-chosen pairs he thought were not right for each other. Scott immediately said that Shaq wasn’t a good match for Whitney due to their past and that Sean wasn’t right for Belle. This sparked a heated argument between Scott and Sean, with Scott clearly holding grudges from the past.

Maya then announced that since Scott had chosen Shaq and Sean as “No Good,” both of them would not be allowed to spend the first night inside the villa with their partners and would have to sleep outside — marking the end of Episode 1.
