Juliet & Juliet is a Thai GL series and a lesbian-themed adaptation of William Shakespeare’s famous tragedy Romeo and Juliet. It stars MingMing Kanyakorn Namboonruang and Nepjune Nutkitta Poonsukwattana as two schoolgirls who become inseparable lovers and then face the wrath of their rival mafia families.
Because the leads, Tokyo and Blue, are still schoolgirls, the series is not especially explicit in its lovemaking scenes. Every episode is still packed with emotion, and the chemistry between the pair is strong. Their character development is one of the main pleasures of the show as they move from enemies, to best friends, to romantic partners.

Storyline
Tokyo and Blue are schoolgirls and heiresses of two rival mafia families that run opposing criminal syndicates. At first, neither girl knows how bitter that feud really is.
Blue transfers mid-semester into an elite school on an arts quota and is bullied by Tokyo’s friends, including Zei and Pupa. Tokyo later comforts her and takes her to a club to see her favorite rock band. Their hostility turns into friendship.
Closeness follows, and friendship turns into romance. When they learn about their families’ criminal rivalry, they face a hard choice: choose love and run away, or give each other up and stay inside their families’ lavish, dangerous world.
