by Laughter Chefs Season 3 Episode 1 aired on November 22, 2025. Unlike the previous season, this time fans got to see their favorite celebrity cooks competing against each other in teams. Two teams named “Team Kaanta” and “Team Chhuri” will go head-to-head throughout the season, and one of them will be declared the winner by the end of the competition.
At the start of Episode 1, all the celebrity participants arrived one by one. They were then divided into two teams by judge Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi and host Bharti Singh. The participants were also informed about the main rules of this season’s cooking competition.
Teams for Laughter Chefs Season 3
The following are the teams of Laughter Chefs Season 3 along with the names of the celebrity cooks in each group:
Team Chhuri:
- Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash
- Elvish Yadav and Isha Malviya
- Vivian Dsena and Eisha Singh
- Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee
Team Kaanta:
- Aly Goni and Jannat Zubair
- Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel
- Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah
Rules of Laughter Chefs Season 3
Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi announced that whichever pair wins a cooking challenge will receive a Golden Star, and their team will also earn a Team Star. He added that the team with the most Team Stars by the end of the season will be declared the overall winner of Laughter Chefs Season 3.
Cooking Battle 1
The first challenge required both teams to cook Paneer Jaleba.
Criteria for Paneer Jaleba:
- 2 perfect Jalebas
- Minimum 6 inches in size
- Signature Jaleba orange color
- At least 4 circles
- Texture: Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside
Both teams began preparing their Paneer Jalebas enthusiastically. After the allotted time ended, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi tasted each pair’s dish and provided his expert feedback. Once the tasting was complete, he announced the winners of the first cooking battle.
Winning Pair and Team:
- Winning Pair: Vivian Dsena and Eisha Singh
- Winning Team: Team Chhuri
Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi praised the taste, size, and color of the Paneer Jaleba made by Vivian Dsena and Eisha Singh, awarding them the Golden Star. Consequently, Team Chhuri also earned the first Team Star of Laughter Chefs Season 3.
Cooking Battle 2
In the second round, all seven celebrity pairs were given a challenging task to cook Punjabi Samosas along with French Press Coffee.
Criteria for Punjabi Samosas:
- 2 perfect Punjabi Samosas
- Signature shape and taste
- Minimum 4 inches in size per piece
- Perfect golden color
Criteria for French Press Coffee:
- 2 cups of freshly brewed coffee
- Intense and rich flavor
Host Bharti Singh announced the contestants selected from each team to collect ingredients from the pantry within the time limit:

- Isha Malviya

After gathering their ingredients, all pairs began cooking Punjabi Samosas and French Press Coffee. Once time was up, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi visited each counter to taste and review their dishes. He then declared the results for Cooking Battle 2.
