by At the beginning of todays NXT 2.0 episode, new NXT Champion ‘Bron Breakker’ entered the ring. Breakker thanked Tommaso Ciampa and he referred to him as a good human. Breakker says that Ciampa told him after their match at New Year’s Evil that it’s his time. Breakker further says that he’s going to outwork everyone and he’s going to prove why he earned this championship each and every week. As Breakker was leaving the ring, Santos Escobar and Legado del Fantasma made their entrance. Escobar and Breakker had a brief staredown with each other.
As the match between Solo Sikoa and BOA begins, Boa lands a few strikes. Sikoa takes Boa down and lands a flurry of punches. Boa lands a suplex for a near fall. Sikoa and Boa’s fight spills out of the ring. They both got eventually counted out.
NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams arrived at the arena.
Backstage, Solo Sikoa and Boa were still fighting backstage. Boa throws a fireball at Sikoa. When the camera pans up Boa’s face was painted.
Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes enters the ring and says when Hayes has gold they both have gold. They go together like Kobe and Shaq or Trick Williams and big booty women. Hayes wants to have a moment of silence for Roderick Strong Cruiserweight Championship reign. Hayes pours one out for Strong, and notes while this is around his waist, it is the A Championship. That’s what it is and what it will forever be.

While Hayes and Williams were celebrating in the ring, AJ Styles makes his entrance for his match. Hayes and Williams states at Styles as he walks past them.
Backstage, Cameron Grimes had Carmelo Hayes’ car keys. Grimes says he wants the North American Championship.
After the match between AJ Styles and Grayson Waller, Styles tells Waller that he has a friend he wants to introduce to him. LA Knight’s music hits. Waller gets terrified. Knight hits the ring and destroys Waller.
